During the ordering process you can add additional information, I provided contact names and phone number for the customer, but the delivery driver phoned me and said he hadn’t been given these details !

Problem with the order but Rotomshop did not try to inform me. I had to contact them twice while waiting for the order to arrive. I asked for a refund. Instead I received an email saying their accounts had not received a payment, while the payment was made by card online. Tried to call them but nobody answered the phone. There was an answer phone saying the mailbox was full and could not receive messages.
