Liked that the site was able to determine automatically that I was in the USA and adjusted prices, shipping details, etc., for USA. Great prices. I also liked the ability to select Express Delivery to the USA for such a reasonable cost ($3 USD). Transaction was seamless, product was quickly readied for transit, and delivered within three days and one hour of order (ordered online 20231105 @ 1627 local time and was delivered to my door on 20231108 @ 1715 local time) - faster than many Amazon deliveries - and this was from across the pond, across the USA (Los Angeles, CA area), through customs and to my door in less than three days and one hour! Product was found to be exactly as ordered! With performance and prices like this (especially including the great Express Delivery price and speed), I will definitely be a repeat customer (this was my first purchase from Sole Trader Outlet) and will be one of the places I shop for my upcoming Christmas gift purchases! Still can't believe the shipment made it to me faster than an Amazon order I put in the same day on a different item!

The shop team were great and ordered a size 8 for me (EU42) as not in stock. A size 41 was sent - this is not an 8, which apparently is not available. As a result too small and I need to send back for a refund. Please ensure you have the right sizing.

I purchased a pair of shoes online. The price was £26. But when I received them. The invoice had £5 TAX!! added!! There was no mention on the website that the price was without VAT!! I will not be purchasing from SOLETRADER again online!

I bought pair of lacoste trainers for my wife's birthday. To my disappointment I was sent a pair that appear to be second hand as they were dirty. when I wanted to return them I had to pay £2.70 for the postage it felt like add in salt to injury.
I'm really very disappointed with what I've recieved and having to pay for pistafe for something was their fault.
I tried to attach a clip of the trainers but it wasn't accepted on here. So I attached a couple of screen shots.

Technical problems paying, no apology for 30 min delay.
Very poor customer service's in Oxford street branch on 31.5.24.
Technical problem and no apology for 30 min delay that arose despite me going to get cash to pay then still made to wait 15 mins when payment desk empty. General lack of customer is valuable feel.

I entered the shop , asked the sales assistant for help, I was told to wait , another assistant was serving another customer , I took a seat and waited .. for approx 15 minutes , then the assistant that was serving the other customer finished and asked me if she could help , I asked her my question .. by this time the other assistant had stopped what she was doing and said , sorry I wasn’t ignoring you but I had to reply to these personal emails , you know , the ones that are important but you forget about..
REALLY,, I thought that customers came first , obviously not in this case , I thought that your break time was an appropriate time to send and reply to personal stuff not your working day when you have customers to serve ,
There was no customer service by that assistant in that shop , if I hadn’t of wanted the particular boots that I purchased I most certainly would of walked out and that would have been a list sale, which in the current climate no store can really afford..

Late and poor sizing info
I ordered boots for new year and paid extra to get them delivered on time. but they never arrived before new year. soletrader did refund the postage, but it was annoying not to have the boots delivered on time. When they were delivered i had ordered size 6 which normally is a 39 and they arrived and were 40. So too big and had to pay to return them. The european sizing equivalent was not evident easily for me to see when ordering, had i known they were size 40 i would never had asked for that size.

Ladies Silver Hogan Trainers
The reason I have given 2 stars is because, I paid £6 for next day delivery. They came the day after next day . Only to open box & find they were gold & not silver.
Very disappointed ☹️. Trainers were lovely though good quality. However not what I wanted for £149.99 . So had to pay further £ 3 to return . So cost me £9 in total and it was not my fault. So I’d suggest checking contents of boxes b4 sending . I never actually complain but I’m paying for someone else’s mistake .

It was advertised that we could have 10% off on the McArthur Glen website at Sole trader. Inside the store we were told this didn't apply today! We asked whether some boots were leather, Jeep. My son wanted them. We were told they were leather, when in fact getting home we have checked on the website and they are not leather.

I placed an order as a gift with plenty of time for it to arrive! Yesterday I chased up the order as tracking hadn’t been working to be told the order had been lost!! No next day delivery as a good will gesture have to wait another 5 days & by then it will be late for the birthday if it even arrives!
