used these guys many times our recent order was really bad the front plate had sticky residue or something to that on it company useless no replys at much just one to say use dw40,which i did its not moved it off at a ll.Had to go through bank to claim something back becusae they dont even care about how sloppy there work is,Trust me dont use them £83 wasted totally rubbish i wonder if they have changed ownership or something

My experience with this purchase of a number plate has been appalling. I have sent emails to the PFC sales team that have not been answered. Feedback, communication and resolution of delivery issues has been dreadful. The delivery company DPD have lost my parcel, I will now await the 14 day time period and raise a dispute with my bank for goods not received.

They said a damaged plate, the rear one. The package was intact. I did send them photos at the exact time when I received them but they didn’t accept to re-send it, they left me with the damaged item. It is not the first time when it happens. They were also rude and didn’t provide support.

Ordered plates at the weekend, noticed an error and cancelled hours later before they were made. But they still went ahead and ignored my cancellation. £62 down the drain.

The fixing pack which was £5 has not arrived. I would like a refund or the pack please. The print quality in one of the letters is poor!

These plates do not conform to UK law. This should be made clear at time of ordering. You may well quote BS145e as the standard but the markings are too and the plates have no supplier details. You are also not registered with DVLA as a RNPS . All a bit late now that the plates have been purchased. Also seems you don't respond to sales queries when these issues are raised.

PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THE GUY IS RIP OFF MERCHANT. HES SENT DEFECTIVE PLATES AND IS REFUSING TO REPLACE THEM. I REFUSED TO CONTINUE TO DEAL WITH HIM. IVE APPLIED FOR A CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK WHICH IS GUARANTEED FOR MAIL ORDER TRANSACTIONS.

The number plates are illegal and if used could result in 3 penalty points, £1000 fine and a criminal conviction rendering them worse than useless. Never occurred to me before purchasing that such a ridiculously pointless item could be sold

Not recived the plates orderd for a 2 day delivery and its been 8 days and cant even get in touch

There was no spaces in the plate - I selected uk legal - waste of money and unusable

I purchased a set of plates and the rear plate is very noticeably off centre, which is not ideal, especially as the car is used occasionally for car shows. I wrote to this company serval times with pictures highlighting the error. My expectations were that they would replace the plate however the customer service was very poor and they came back asking for exact measurements with no personal customer services or concern for their lack of attention to detail or quality control. I provided pictures and they still paid no interest in replacing the plate. Considering this company is not the cheapest I’m surprised they hold no interest in retaining their customers or the quality of product.

Plates received were not UK Legal. I requested new legal plates but received no response whatsoever.I had to pay for new legal plates immediately as the new car was being purchased on 23/08/24. I had no choice as I received no help or assistance from PFC At the very least I should receive an immediate refund of the cost which was £55.96 There should be a gap between P10 and HRB and there is none- see photo attached

Have issue with number plate contacted customer service and received 1 reply sent information back to them haven’t heard anything back, I have now ask for a refund and not heard anything since. Very poor after sales.

Tried to contact them to cancel order did not even get a response. A neighbour had found the missing number plate. They should have cancelled it as I made the request on the Sunday

I always buy my plates from these guys.but something has changed the quality of these r nit the same shame as they have always been top class

Yes it would be nice to get a reply back on a email I sent on Friday 9 August as just got confirmation back that you have received my email
