Ordered Three AudioQuest Forest 48G HDMI Cables two 2 Meters and one 1 Meter on 7/1/24 Sun 7pm arrived 9/1/24 Tuesday at MD by Royal Mail. They were securely packages inside official AudioQuest Boxes and arrived undamaged. While futureshop weren't the cheapest (not a lot in it) others never showed the official packaging in their sales info and I was concerned you may not receive genuine AudioQuest Cables. I have used True HQ Ultra High Speed 2.1 & Clearer Audio Copper Line 2.1 HDMI Cables and as another reviewer said on a rival site if your not coming from Budged Cables the improvements aren't massive but they are there. I would say picture for me has improved the most with sharpness while sound is a little better defined in the high range! I would use futureshop again for my cable very pleased
Nothing like receiving an opportunity to review a product that hasn’t even been delivered yet! Poor communication and no idea when I will get my cables….
Comment since writing review above: I’m always impressed by companies that take the time to read and respond to reviews such as in this case. Although not entirely happy with the wait I appreciate it is out of Futureshops control

I can’t rate Futureshop high enough, they are a great company to deal with. I have used them for years and they still amaze me how fast they respond to orders, mostly arriving the next day. Sound and picture perfect cables
Brilliant quality cables I up dated my hdmi and ethernet to carbon and saw a massive difference in quality from my older cheaper cables. Good build quality but very stiff to maneuver take care don't bend.These are worth the money a must buy if you want a better picture quality and sound.

Quality items, delivered well packaged. There was an issue with delivery (courier company related) but the customer service from Steve Durham at Future Shop was excellent, and the issue was quickly resolved. Would 100% recommend this company and would certainly purchase from them again.

Very knowledgeable staff and a great range of products. Had a minor problem with delivery dates due to circumstances beyond their control, but this was dealt with very well. I’ve used them for cables from £40 to £1,200 and you always get the same excellent service regardless of price.

Waited a little longer than normal for a supplier to come through with a part, and on it arriving a couple of items were still out of stock, which the team at Futureshop kindly upgraded at no extra cost, they also kept me informed of the process.

Used Future Shop multiple times now and always happy with the service, selection and prices. Good AV cables are difficult to source (and overly expensive) in NZ, so have no qualms about using Future Shop. Shipping to NZ is pretty quick using the standard Royal Mail shipping.

Have now connected all speaker leads to my pioneer av receiver and all work perfect . Would be good idea if you have a way on the Webb site to ask what av receiver .had to cut the plugs of some of the leads as they did not fit

Their ‘custom’ speaker cable service was first class, very easy to use and very quickly delivered (I didn’t want them ‘burned in’

Excellent and quick service provided to the client. Potential drawback: Orders from EU are significantly delayed. I ordered the item on 28FEB2024 and currently under clearance at the Greek Customs, further to delays on departure. Maybe you should see on this.
