Ordered Three AudioQuest Forest 48G HDMI Cables two 2 Meters and one 1 Meter on 7/1/24 Sun 7pm arrived 9/1/24 Tuesday at MD by Royal Mail. They were securely packages inside official AudioQuest Boxes and arrived undamaged. While futureshop weren't the cheapest (not a lot in it) others never showed the official packaging in their sales info and I was concerned you may not receive genuine AudioQuest Cables. I have used True HQ Ultra High Speed 2.1 & Clearer Audio Copper Line 2.1 HDMI Cables and as another reviewer said on a rival site if your not coming from Budged Cables the improvements aren't massive but they are there. I would say picture for me has improved the most with sharpness while sound is a little better defined in the high range! I would use futureshop again for my cable very pleased

Nothing like receiving an opportunity to review a product that hasn’t even been delivered yet! Poor communication and no idea when I will get my cables…. Comment since writing review above: I’m always impressed by companies that take the time to read and respond to reviews such as in this case. Although not entirely happy with the wait I appreciate it is out of Futureshops control

Excellent service, good product range, and competitive prices.

I’ve been ordering speaker cables, interconnects, etc from here for a few years now. I’ve always received good service. I had a problem with a TV wall mount, I did not realise that the wrong mount had been sent until after I’d fitted it. I contacted the shop by email and received a prompt follow up call. They offered to replace the bracket with the correct one even though to old one had been used. I thought this was excellent and to be fair the packaging was almost identical, an easy mistake to make.

I have been buying various items from future shop for years now and never had any reason for complaint , if they don't have what you want in stock they go out of their way to get it as quick as they can , I like the fact that you can buy quickly over the phone to and deliveries are usually next day and if not they always advise and keep me informed .

I want to give 5 stars but for the courier.

I want to give 5 stars because this is an excellent company I use regularly but on this occasion they have been massively let down by the courier so I don’t have my delivery. However the mark of a good company is what they do when things go wrong - they sourced a replacement, which will have to be burnt in, and sent by a different courier!

Very happy with the service from futureshop

Blown away by the service from this store. Received my new speaker cable after a free 96 hour burn-in, and the work quality fitting the cable termination is excellent. It also arrived well packaged and on time. On a more personal note - my HiFi sounds like a different system, and I’m one very happy customer. 😊

Futureshop order for mains/IEC plugs

I have used Futureshop a number of times, most reciently for a UK plug and IEC connector. As always, they ship of the products out very quickly - always packaged well to avoid any damage during transport. I will be useing then again for future purchases as I upgrade my hifi rig
