We recently ordered two of 500g tubs of mixed spice recently as a new customer of Wilton Wholefoods. Well what can I say. Absolutely fantastic service. The company are very responsive, expediting our order, handling our order so professionally and keeping us informed every step of the way. It arrives at our premises in a heart beat. A product that exceeds our expectations, at an Affordable price point combined with superior Customer Service. What can anyone ask more for?
Whilst we haven’t cooked with this mixed spice so far, the fragrance from these tubs of mixed spices smells heavenly.
We honestly can wait to give this product a try. We have no doubt this product like with many varieties of wholefoods Wilton offers, this is a must have ingredient mixed spice to have in your kitchen cupboard.

Wrong ground almonds (1kg) have been despatched & delivered when I bought 3 (1kg) packs.
In addition, their courier Envri, delivered the parcel to wrong address!!!
Thank God, my neighbour knew me & I gratefully recovered it.
However, in my state as disabled, bed bound elderly person with low benefit income, I am embarrassed to ring about this ground almond which does NOT taste like almonds at all & inform them about full refund or replace despatching with real tasting ground almonds.

The Good Things
I like: The quality of the foodstuffs and of the packaging.
You could improve the relative complexity of your website, with more list menus and better descriptions of the range of your products PLUS far more clarity about the country(ies) of origin of each of your products.

Always have an amazing service from Wilton Wholefoods, which is why I buy from you again and again. Super fast delivery and great quality products. My only small feedback is that the search feature on your website could be better, to make it easier to find products.

brilliant customer service and excellent products and great prices, even delivery is incredibly reasonable.
I would love to see a broader range of GF oats and perhaps extend ranges to include fresh foods, but I appreciate it's not that easy :-)

Excellent product delivered promptly as always
I placed my order and a few days later the stuff arrived. What's not to like?
I've been buying their muesli for a while now. It's immeasurably better than the selections of dross in the supermarkets. You keep making it and I'll keep buying it.

Excellent quality goods, speedy delivery. Would be helpful to know if plastic wrappings are recyclable with carrier bags at supermarkets (and labelled as such) and, if not, could be made so, or use some other easily recyclable material. Thanks

Thank you for your review and feedback; most of our bags are recyclable and should have a logo on the back in a triangle saying LDPE4 which means it is recyclable in the supermarket in a specific recycling bin :)

It’s very difficult to find glacé Angelica in the shops these days. I was delighted to find it at Wilton’s. It arrived very promptly and was well packaged. I was impressed with the service and will use this company again.

Wilson's products and service are always excellent. Great food at reasonable prices. As the former owner of a refill shop, I still buy my own bulk supplies from them for personal use to reduce packaging and costs.

It’s a shame they use Evri to deliver as they are an unreliable company who took more days than they said to deliver.
It really lets down the company who pick and ship the delivery so quickly.

Thank you for your review. We're so sorry that Evri took so long to deliver to you. We do also have the options of using Royal Mail for delivery (for smaller parcels) or DPD - you can click your preferred courier at the checkout.
