My Samsung Freestyle 2 projector fell from a cabinet and sustained damaged to the cradle. I attempted to bend the metal cradle back into shape but it remained compromised and as a result would tilt over when used a certain angles. I contacted Samsung spare parts but they responded to say they were unable to find the part. Several fruitless internet searches later and I was bracing myself for a £600-£800 outlay for a replacement projector, before I stumbled across fixpart.co.uk. I was a little sceptical as the cradle was advertised on fixpart.co.uk as a genuine Samsung part despite Samsung themselves being unable to source the part and I'd also read a small number of trust pilot reviews from customers claiming to have purchased parts which didn't arrive or took several weeks or months for delayed delivery. I decided to proceed with the order at risk, prepared to write off the £60 (£50 + VAT + reasonable £5.79 processing and delivery charge) order as seemed sensible vs. cost of a entirely new projector. I ordered from the UK at 7pm Friday evening of the May bank holiday weekend, I received an instant order confirmation email and tracking link, the part was dispatched that day and I took delivery of the part the following Tuesday afternoon via DPD (essentially next working day with Monday being bank holiday). The part was a genuine Samsung like for like replacement which took less than two minutes to fit, meaning the projector is fully functioning once more. I was able to track the parcel throughtout and yes, as consistent with other reviews, the parcel was processed from France, but that made no difference to my experience. Very happy with the order process, communication, tracking, delivery and quality of the part received. Price and delivery seemed pretty reasonable too, though the lack of alternatives sellers means there's no way of comparing the price. Overall would highly recommend from my experience.

Because FixPart is a .co.uk website, I assumed any returns would be to a UK address, especially considering how prominently they advertise their green credentials. I had a shock when they instructed me to return the part to Italy. I sent the parcel back via Evri 4 weeks ago, but FixPart have since ignored all of my emails requesting an update on this return. I feel completely ripped off.

AVIOD!!! Ordered a pump for my washing machine, the item was displayed as in stock and delivery was an estimated 4-6 days. The item did not arrive. When I followed up on the order I was advised it would be delivered within 4 weeks from that point as the item was in stock. I requested that the order is cancelled and a refund. This was ignored on three separate requests and the item arrived 3 weeks later. The item will be returned (as I purchased the part from a different supplier). Customer service is shocking!!! Quick enough to take the money and then radio silence from there on.

I made an order for washing machine…

Your reply stating there has been a delay is no where near the truth. I have been advised by DPD that the package will be sent back to the sender in France and they have no control on how long it will take to be sent back. They said 30+days which is a Joke. Please do a full investigation before replying with fake information just to make the company look better. I am not happy at all

Wrong item. No contact. No refund

Absolutely no contact regarding the incorrect item I was sent and I am out of pocket nearly forty quid having had to source the replacement part from elsewhere. I ordered a replacement door seal for a Samsung washing machine and received vacuum cleaner bags. At least they managed to get the right sticker on the incorrect item as you can see from the images.

Unsuitable product sent

I asked for a replacement filter for a Haier fridge freezer. I was was sent a product described as a dry filter, which was totally unsuitable. I have detailed this in an email to you. I have added a picture of the product I required.

Don't believe the delivery dates or trust their responses

I ordered a part noted as immediate dispatch, this was amended to 8-10 days , then further changed to 8-10 WEEKS. I cancelled the order which magically was dispatched the following day . I sorted a piece elsewhere and now have two .

Very poor communication. Delays were reported on obtaining a part and eventually they were unable to send it or give any explanation. We were left out of pocket by them and with no replacement part after a lengthy delay

After being told my part would be delivered in 2 to 4 days I was told after 9 days that it had been returned to sender and I would have to pay postage again if I wanted it sent again. Avoid this company

Part supposed to be delivered within couple of days and an email with tracking number supposed to come…in the end I got No email, No Tracking number and guess what…. NO PART EITHER…. Scam

No customer care. Paid for 2, received 1.

I paid for 2x washing machine shock absorbers, they sent me only one. I sent an email to the customer care, but I didn't receive any answer. I strongly dont' reccomend this website.
