Zamówiłem po rez kolejny rzeczy z fishdel zamówienie zostało opłacone i miało być dostarczone od 2 do 5 dni roboczych. Minęło 7 dni roboczych i nie dostałem swego zamówienia więc złożyłem reklamację i otrzymałem je po 3 dniach lecz było nie kompletne i pewna rzecz była pęknięta. Zrobiłem zdjęcia i wysłałem je prosząc o wysłanie mi rzeczy brakującej i całej części w zamian za pękniętą. Kazano mi wszystko odesłać z powrotem. Ja nie chciałem zwracać tego lecz dostać rzecz brakującą i całą z które zapłaciłem i to mi się nie podoba że tak ze mną postąpiono

I can't complain personally, one item was damaged in transit , box was ripped terribly but the company refunded me. The second item I decided to return but I had a chance to sell them, at a loss unfortunately just as I was sent a return message so there's no complaints from me with this company.

When I first placed my order I didn’t realise this company are based in Holland and I was bit apprehensive about how long the delivery would take but they delivered my order on time and kept me updated at every stage so thanks fish deal for your great service.

I would have given 5 stars, the product was great and at a fair price. The only criticism is that the packaging was inadequate. Luckily the rod was ok and undamaged.
