Zamówiłem po rez kolejny rzeczy z fishdel zamówienie zostało opłacone i miało być dostarczone od 2 do 5 dni roboczych. Minęło 7 dni roboczych i nie dostałem swego zamówienia więc złożyłem reklamację i otrzymałem je po 3 dniach lecz było nie kompletne i pewna rzecz była pęknięta. Zrobiłem zdjęcia i wysłałem je prosząc o wysłanie mi rzeczy brakującej i całej części w zamian za pękniętą. Kazano mi wszystko odesłać z powrotem. Ja nie chciałem zwracać tego lecz dostać rzecz brakującą i całą z które zapłaciłem i to mi się nie podoba że tak ze mną postąpiono

Good with resolving issues
Bought stuff from fishdeal multiple times and never had any issues until last order. Contacted fishdeal explained everything and within a day had a response and everything sorted. Items on its way. Always good stuff with cheaper prises than anywhere else. Delivery time considerably long. But taking in account that it comes from abroad, not much you can do…

I ordered from fish deal as couldn't get a suitable bolo rod from UK source. I was a bit sceptical as some bad reviews but rod arrive within a week from Netherlands sent by Evri. Even asked a question and received a quick response. So for me an excellent first time experience.

Spotted an excellent deal for Shimano Ultegra 14000 XTE reel, I bought two, they were shipped the same day and arrived in under a week, I am in the UK , reels were well packed, great tracking I could view through the course of delivery.
Highly recommend, will be using again.

I only ever buy stuff from Fishdeal when it's a real bargain, as most of the items they include on their daily emails are way too expensive for me. When I do, though, it's always great quality and promptly delivered, so absolutely no complaints from me.

Small problem was sorted out very quickly and efficient. Only one question , three small pieces of fishing equipment was sent in a great big box when it would have fitted in a small Jiffy bag and could have been put through the mail box 🤔

Received e-mail from Fishdeal that Daiwa reel was back in stock and took advantage of discount offered on a quick purchase. Delivery takes a short while as I believe it comes from Europe but all received and good.

Amazing products and prices, but issues with delivery.
Parcel took nearly 3 weeks to arrive due to unforseen delays, however customer service was very helpful throughout it. Stuff arrived in great condition, well packaged and the best thing was the prices.
