Zamówiłem po rez kolejny rzeczy z fishdel zamówienie zostało opłacone i miało być dostarczone od 2 do 5 dni roboczych. Minęło 7 dni roboczych i nie dostałem swego zamówienia więc złożyłem reklamację i otrzymałem je po 3 dniach lecz było nie kompletne i pewna rzecz była pęknięta. Zrobiłem zdjęcia i wysłałem je prosząc o wysłanie mi rzeczy brakującej i całej części w zamian za pękniętą. Kazano mi wszystko odesłać z powrotem. Ja nie chciałem zwracać tego lecz dostać rzecz brakującą i całą z które zapłaciłem i to mi się nie podoba że tak ze mną postąpiono

Great rod set however arrived damaged
Unfortunately the rods arrived with both tip eyes damaged. I needed the rods for a planned trip so had to have them repaired.
However after a discussion on messenger,
Fishdeal refunded the cost of repairs to my Fishdeal account. Excellent response from fiahdeal customer service.
The rods themselves are exactly what I was after as a novice to costal fishing. Easy set up and great casting with the lighter casting weight. All look and feel great quality for the price.
I have used fishdeal a few times now and will continue to buy from them

Try quality checking the fishing gear that you send out - that way you would avoid sending out a carbon fibre rod with a broken top ring guide and a cracked lower section. Also, answering the review would be useful, as it is, I fixed the damage as best I could and at least it's usable if not a shorter telescopic float rod.

Still awaiting delivery, can’t cancel order as it has been dispatched , I would not have ordered if I knew it was coming from Holland , can’t say about the product yet , poor service though now been 22 days since dispatch !!

Customer service is very poor, very slow in answering emails did not get what I ordered. No correspondence what’s the weather very poor keep in the world for because it is very good quality but wanted the black cobalt one

Ordered rod to come
