I tried to cancel this order within 3 minutes of placing it, as I hadn't expected it to take the payment straight away without even checking my order, or where the payment came from, and the delivery address. this was not even responded to. and having checked I found that the items I ordered I could of got at half the cost, and in fact we did order these items and got them the following day from another supplier, be very carful ordering from this site.

2 thirds full bottle, soaked product, very poor!!

The face cleanser I ordered had obviously leaked. The bottle was only 2 thirds full and the packaging was soaked. Even the Evri courier had said it had run everywhere. Not happy, poor delivery. Why send a bottle that’s not properly sealed!! I’ve paid for the full product.

I always buy from Amazon the original plastic but at your place you put Scotch tape around it who said it was original? Second you took a week for delivery. I am not happy

Did not receive item as described. On one toothbrush got picture of Anna not shown on Description. Requested a free returns parcel. No response as yet. Need to return daughter does not like Anna so waste of money for me.

Thanks for your feedback. We've been responsive to your emails and provided answers to your queries. And as previously advised, your original order was fulfilled with the stock and successfully dispatched from our warehouse on the 8th of February. Sometimes parcels that are placed on the pallet for collection from the courier can become lost at the Evri fulfilment centre before it is scanned into their network, it is an unfortunate but common issue. Most times the parcel is found and scanned in and will still be delivered to the customer. However, if there has been a period of 7 days since dispatch, we consider the parcel lost. Since your order was dispatched, we have received other orders of the sponge, due to this we are now out of stock of the item so we were unable to offer a replacement. To resolve this matter, we issued a full refund, which I can see you replied to a notification of. We would never knowingly or intentionally mislead a customer, furthermore, we have lost money on the missing parcel and are unable to claim this back from the courier, so this scenario is the possible outcome for us retailers. If we were unable to fulfil your order we would not have dispatched it, but this was not the case. Best wishes, myShop Customer Support.
