I tried to cancel this order within 3 minutes of placing it, as I hadn't expected it to take the payment straight away without even checking my order, or where the payment came from, and the delivery address. this was not even responded to.
and having checked I found that the items I ordered I could of got at half the cost, and in fact we did order these items and got them the following day from another supplier, be very carful ordering from this site.

Not happy
Delivery was very prompt but my order was incomplete. I emailed 3x and nobody even bothered to reply. I ordered 4 and received 1 cerimide repair serum.
Communication is important in a business. I disappointed, I know my order won't break the bank but you trust you will get what you paid for

sent tracking details too me i go on details no sign of them the firm is down the road from me yet it takes as long to deliver as if id ordered from china i order online as i have mobility issues and no one too do my shopping on the plus side good prices yet takes ages for delivery
