I tried to cancel this order within 3 minutes of placing it, as I hadn't expected it to take the payment straight away without even checking my order, or where the payment came from, and the delivery address. this was not even responded to.
and having checked I found that the items I ordered I could of got at half the cost, and in fact we did order these items and got them the following day from another supplier, be very carful ordering from this site.

Pleased with goods but found the delivery information a little confusing. Email to say goods dispatched but according to the tracking information still remained uncollected. If goods remain in any warehouse awaiting collection then, I would suggest, they have not been dispatched and should not be described as such.

Easy to order,but most importantly my order was packed so well.The liquids were sellotaped at the rims+ then put into individual plastic bags.The rest of the order was packed very carefully.Other stores could learn a lot from my shop.None of my items were damaged or leaked.This is my first time ordering+I am so impressed,will definitely order again. Thankyou my shop for taking such care with my order.

From my initial placement of order everything just went fine. The item is really first class and also very well made. This was my first order and it won't be the last. The item sent was the newer version of the item I ordered but, as I particularly wanted the older version as shown on the website, myShop were very good at refunding my money and made a swift change to their website concerning the product. I would be very happy to use myShop again.

Goods I wanted were originally out of stock. I left my email, and was contacted once new stocks had arrived. I had a problem with delivery from Evri, but once I contacted Myshop , they responded the next day, and I received my parcel that evening. Good service all round.

My Shop has a lovely online service. Their selection is very wide so I can always find a different item if needed. Being able to access them on the app website is very helpful. The only thing I would ask for is more access to accurate details of the delivery date

Was a bit dubious at first as prices were really good even on hard to find items in shops but placed an order anyway and was glad I did. No issues whatsoever. Good communication. Items received quickly and with a good expiration date.
