Can not fault this company. Although we had problems with the delivery, the fault was solely with Royal Mail's delivery person, who obviously couldn't be bothered to walk a further 200 yards round the corner to post the package through my door, instead took a photo of a house door at another address as proof of delivery and we had to go back numerous times before some one was in, before i could accept my package.
When I spoke to someone at Dr Fox, they were very helpful and tried to sort it for me, but all Royal Mail told them was, that it had been delivered.
It was all a bit of a farce really.
Items packaged in the cheapest Jiffy Bag...the type you can get from Poundland: 10 for £1.
So while in transit from Scotland offered no protection for the contents, so arrived damaged and crushed.
This was not the fault of Royal Mail.
Reached out and spoke to Customer Services, who were great, yet they were let down by the Dispensary and the Dr.
I was sent 2, yes 2 replacement tablets but on this occasion Royal Mail failed to follow simple instructions.
So I did not have adequate Medication to take the full course and as a result had to seek help while overseas.
I did get a refund but all too little too late.
The Dr I was in communication with at Dr. Fox suggested that I could just call my GP and get a prescription all within a day: Not exactly the reality of the current situation within the NHS....
I would not use this Pharmacy again.
Up until recently I would of given 5 stars but desperately needing Ventolin and having been given it without problems overs the years by Dr Fox and now being refused saying Ventolin is only for Asthma which is untrue (I have COPD) I don’t like being lied to. So will never be using Dr Fox again.

Thank you for your feedback. We offer treatment for asthma at Dr Fox and the clinical assessment that you complete is to ensure it is safely prescribed for this condition. As you point out, Ventolin is also used in other conditions, however our assessments are not set up to prescribe for these. The tablets were not good they are weak and when I told them they just say I should have told them which manufacturer?
I wasn't clearly offered a replacement and have had to buy some elsewhere.
Something must be wrong in the dosing of the tablets because some are okay.
I much preferred the Dr Reddy one's which I thought I'd receive however sent these garbage one's 😞

We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and our medication is dispatched from a NHS regulated pharmacy. This ensures that only genuine medication is sent. Whilst all generic medications have the same active ingredients, the formulation and appearance can vary and some patients do report a preference. My medication didn't arrive in time so won't be using the service again.
My medication didn't arrive in time so I was shipped another batch because I was taking it on holiday. Unfortunately the original order was delivered the day after I departed for a 3 month holiday in Europe so I had to send the tablets I had received back to Dr Fox so I wasn't charged double. So I departed for holiday with absolutely no medication. Very disappointed.

I purchased an item and paid via debit card and order confirmed. No mention of age verification at this stage. Only post purchase was I emailed to confirm my identity with passport or driving licence. Neither of which I possess. Fair warning should applied prior to purchase to save the hassle of back and forth messages.

The patient identity check is mentioned both on the medical questionnaire ("I am over 18 and I agree to identity verification checks") and also the account registration page ("Identity verification: Use correct name and date of birth") prior to ordering. Patient identity can be confirmed with either a photo supplied of an ID document, or using an online 'soft' credit check using registered name, date of birth, and address. Our staff made multiple attempts to help verify your identity but the details requested were not provided, and the order was cancelled and refunded at your request.

Treatment Tablets
I took the weeks course of tablets & they didn’t stop any symptoms & when I retested my results came back positive. Not happy with this plus the tablets are not the same as what the clinic provide. I will be contacting the seller personally for a refund or replacement of tablets.

Thank you for your review and sorry to hear the symptoms have not subsided. Please note a test can give a positive result for many weeks after treatment. Please consult your regular doctor as you may need additional tests and alternative treatment. All our medicine is genuine, UK licensed and approved, batch tested by quality controllers after manufacture, sourced through regulated supply chains, and posted from our registered UK pharmacy. Tablets may look different as made by different manufacturers but they all contain the same active medication. Our doctors have provided advice directly, and remain available to advise if required.

We advise when making an order that "Generic brands supplied change depending on availability. If you have a manufacturer/brand preference please send a message after ordering." The previous brand supplied had been discontinued. Our customer service staff have offered a refund or exchange for a different generic brand.
Rude staff don’t answer the telephone ,they have shut my account down with no refund,

Unfortunately we are now unable to provide service to your address as we seem to have multiple issues with deliveries, resulting in significant losses incurred (full refunds are issued every time). Thank you for your review. In this instance you ordered on a Sunday, the item was posted on the Monday, and delivered on the Tuesday. This is the 8th negative review of our service you have posted in the last 2 years, and we are unsure why you continue to make repeated orders? We acknowledge there have been issues in the past with Royal Mail deliveries to your address and we have switched to using a specialist courier for your account (at our expense). Other than suggesting using an alternate online pharmacy service which hopefully you will find less disappointing, there is not much more we can do to meet your needs. Best regards
