I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this

I still have not received my order which I placed on the 9th September. They have not contacted me about the delay. I have rung them twice, the last time a week ago and they said the item was in and it would be sent out immediately, I have not received it yet. I am fed up and ready to cancel my order.

I still have not received my order which I placed on the 9th September. They have not contacted me about the delay. I have rung them twice, the last time a week ago and they said the item was in and it would be sent out immediately, I have not received it yet. I am fed up and ready to cancel my order.

Took way too long for delivery and returns,the whole process from delivery to return and refunding me took around 8 weeks ! My first purchase with Peter Hahn and sorry to say probably my last.

I have been waiting for my £299 refund since September 25th, and have received emails about stock taking in Germany. I would definitely not recommend this company.

Not Delivered and waited a whole month for a refund

I ordered and paid for an item of clothing as a present for my Wife. I spent 15 mins waiting for someone to pick up the phone, only to be told "Yes, it is in stock, we'll get it out to you asap, it is due to our new computer system" I waited, then got emailed to confirm that I was getting a refund. Got a refund, then had to re-order it. My Wife is very unhappy that she did not receive the present that I had promised her. I replaced the order & paid for it! Let's hope that it arrives! To make matters worse, I only got a £20 refund for my inconvenience which I could not use when I went to reorder it. I am not happy and my Wife is even less happy with Peter Hahn

Three attempts have been made to make a purchase using a valid debit card. This has been for a footwear item that will assist my elderly mother with arthritis. Peter Hahn only let me know by email days after giving card account details that they cannot process the payment, at the point of despatch rather than at the point of submitting card details. They also state this is a regular problem. I therefore wonder how they stay in business.

Buyer beware

Wish I’d read previous reviews before ordering from this company for the first time. It’s over 5 weeks since I placed my order and item still not received. Very poor communication and customer service - the only communication I’ve had from the company is the initial confirmation of order & that they took the money from my account 2 weeks ago , all online updates say the order is ‘in dispatch’ (& has been for several weeks), there is no online tracking . Customer services were pleasant when I phoned them , but I had to wait 25 minutes before my call was answered, it is alleged that a new IT system is the cause of all the problems but I was told this went operational in April …. 6 months of delays, bad customer reviews and nothing’s been sorted really????? There is only a customer service / returns service operating in UK, all orders are dispatched from Germany ……….. my assumption is that they only get dispatched when there is a lorry or cargo load to be transported . Products they sell look great but I will never order from them again

I have always rated you as 5 stars - but to learn you are pulling out of the UK is dreadful news. I have been a good and long loyal customer and even though the delivery times have been longer than expected I was always prepared to wait to get my quality products. You have made a big mistake but I suppose it is because of the wretched brexit which many of us didnt vote for!! Will we be able to buy from your websire in Germany I wonder? Please reconsider.

Customer service lied said my order had been sent out they couldn't even find my account or my name and address no apologies if I hadn't have spent an hour on the phone I would still be waiting for my order .It was a gift but to late to post off .The goods ok when they finally arrive .But the truth works for me

Orders never sent

First order o/s and had 2 emails notifying me of a delay. Order never fulfilled despite item appearing back in catalogue as ‘in stock’ and no communication. 2 further orders not fulfilled with no communication at all. Would give no stars if and will be very unlikely to order from PH again

I have been waiting nearly 4weeks for an item to be delivered and have now been told that it's out of stock and won't be delivered until we'll after Christmas. If it's not in stock I should have been told at the point of ordering.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS / VERY SLOW DELIVERY

Dont put out of stock items as being for sale before christmas, and dont tell customers an order will arrive by christmas only to arrive on 10th january.

One out of three items delivered — had to sent back delivered — spoke three times to Peter Hann office— still no deliveries. Eventually were given the option to Cancell all orders due to uncertain deliveries at their end !! Cancelled all This seems a sign at the moment that this company have money problems!!

Not to mislead customers by saying items are in stock when they are not. Then sending the item weeks later when they are no longer required necessitating its return. Until l receive my refund l have to suffer the daily onslaught of advertising before l can unsubscribe.

You need to sort out your website. I have placed orders using Klarna. The orders were accepted only to be told later payment has failed. It took a lot of my time to finally get an explanation from customer service.

Over £300 worth of clothes left at side of house in the rain for days. No notification of delivery coming or that it had been left. Cardboard boxes ruined so not easy to do returns and paperwork illegible
