I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. I still have not received my order which I placed on the 9th September. They have not contacted me about the delay. I have rung them twice, the last time a week ago and they said the item was in and it would be sent out immediately, I have not received it yet. I am fed up and ready to cancel my order.

Wrong shoe fitting sent.
I ordered two pairs of shoes . I received a pair with wrong fitting. I had to send it back. There is no communication that the second pair of shoes ordered was out of stock.

Delivery times are poor, items take weeks and weeks to arrive. The processing of returned goods is also much too slow. Items are always of good quality.
