Having been to Cuba some years ago, I realised that when my (about to become) Husband said he’d never tried smoking a cigar, I thought I’d surprise him and some wedding guests as a little treat for the day as I’m a non smoker who bizarrely loves the smell of proper cigars, but he enjoyed it so much that I’ve now been back to shop online for the brands I could distinctly remember from my Cuba holiday in the past; I’ve only shopped online with the store so far - the products always arrive next day by DPD and in perfect condition, although it turns out you are only in Bath which is ridiculously close to us, so the Hubby most definitely has plans to pop in to see you in person, but I’ve no doubt that we’ll be ordering from you again in the very near future as anything else is now “too harsh & chemically” to smoke apparently, but your prices are better than our Harvey Nic’s & a local hotel which also has a small selection on sale in their bar so it’s a win-win situation! I’ve possibly created a bit of a monster now though as he’s a long term smoker who is completely loving his cigars, but apparently even the machine rolled Cigarillo versions of the Cuban brand he prefers are profoundly better for ‘general day smoking’ and he no longer wants anything else. I’m not sure I should be encouraging the Hubby to actually smoke more 😳 but I think if he could cut down to only smoking a lovely Cuban on an evening with a nice drink, then that’s worlds better than constantly nipping out for a smoke and is presumably a far more enjoyable smoking experience.
I totally recommend Havana House but be warned that once you start smoking proper Cuban’s, everything else will feel artificial and rough in comparison so you’ll be totally hooked!
I ordered 2 x Honeyrose smoking mixture and was sent 2 x Honeyrose cigarettes. I rang the shop and was told they couldn't help and to ring the online dept. I rang many times and they never picked up. I rang the shop again and was asked for the order no. which i gave. I've heard nothing. I rang and texted two other numbers I found. I'll never buy from them again unless I get my original order. I'm prepared to return the cigarettes. Very dissatisfied

I like the speed/convenience/good marketing/points. I have had 2 cracked cigars on delivery though which isn't necessarily their doing but a point that they may be able to look into and develop a way to help reduce the risk further. (In saying this the packaging is not bad by any means but potentially there's something different that could be done like tubos just for the sending)

Fantastic. Fast service.
Panicked when my local man ran out of my favourite tobacco, so did a quick search online. Up came Havana House who had some in stock!
My order was quickly acknowledged, I was informed of dispatch and given an estimate of delivery. Package arrived in good time and delivery, via Royal Mail Tracked, was free. Happy days.
I will certainly be going back to Havana House!

Great customer service and advice
As a not so experienced cigar person I needed help based on budget. I phoned them and they explained well the difference between manufactured and handmade as well as recommending cigars with in my budget.
Whilst I won't be a regular purchaser (just due to me not being a regular smoker) but when I have big events that requires a good smoke, I will be returning

One bad experience with my first delivery from them. It was related to the carrier they've used and who lost the package. Upon contacting them, I was accused of lying by their customer service rep. My issue was resolved in the end by another customer service rep, a day later. Since then, I've had only good experiences ordering from them

There's so many good Cigars to choose from. I've been buying sub £20 robustos recently as works been tight plus cost of living etc and I've found some good quality ones that I enjoy. I've always got several to choose from. I like the humidor bags they come in, nice touch. And delivery are within two days, excellent, well happy. Cheers!

My favourite shop, as I've kept on saying. I couldn't believe they'd run out of almost everything just before Christmas and I STILL wish they'd get a supply of Marlboro somewhere so I wouldn't have to go elsewhere and buy in bulk but . . . . . everything else back in stock and my favourite shop is back!

Amazing company that truly takes care of it customer and their orders, a refreshing feeling to feel valued as a customer. Used them a number of times and always had a fast, professional service. On one occasion they sent me much more (of the wrong tobacco) than ordered. The ‘customer services’ was excellent and swiftly resolved the issue (including a tobacco reward). I am very happy to recommend this supplier.
I always experience good service from both the web site and their local retail outlet. On the most recent occasion on line the product that I required was out of stock but they offer a notification service to let me know when they have it. This is a very welcome aspect of their service.
'Land's Tobacco' has been on the corner of Cook's Alley for as long as I can remember. I was particularly impressed to be able to switch to online purchases during the Covid lock-downs. Now, if I am too busy to go into town, I can default to their quick delivery service instead.

In the future if you could update your inventory and add some uncommon sticks in the UK such as the opus x and the my father the judge I would appreciate it :)

First time user and it was a Great service! Quick delivery and professional.
The only issue I would say is when my was delivered it was very slightly squashed but still smoked and tasted great. So maybe send them in a ridgid tube maybe to help reduce that.

Best shop, despite STILL not having a supplier of Marlboro.
The review says it all really. I SO wish they could get a new supplier of Marlboro because, at the moment, I have to buy it in bulk. That means that I'm missing purchasing my regular order here because I can't afford the bulk-buy of Marlboro AND my other tobaccos here!

Quality tobacco, brilliant service.
This was always my favourite shop when we went to Cardiff. Now I'm housebound, I was delighted to see they had an on-line presence. As always, they have quality tobaccoes and their service is as good on-line as it used to be on visits to the shop.
