Having been to Cuba some years ago, I realised that when my (about to become) Husband said he’d never tried smoking a cigar, I thought I’d surprise him and some wedding guests as a little treat for the day as I’m a non smoker who bizarrely loves the smell of proper cigars, but he enjoyed it so much that I’ve now been back to shop online for the brands I could distinctly remember from my Cuba holiday in the past; I’ve only shopped online with the store so far - the products always arrive next day by DPD and in perfect condition, although it turns out you are only in Bath which is ridiculously close to us, so the Hubby most definitely has plans to pop in to see you in person, but I’ve no doubt that we’ll be ordering from you again in the very near future as anything else is now “too harsh & chemically” to smoke apparently, but your prices are better than our Harvey Nic’s & a local hotel which also has a small selection on sale in their bar so it’s a win-win situation! I’ve possibly created a bit of a monster now though as he’s a long term smoker who is completely loving his cigars, but apparently even the machine rolled Cigarillo versions of the Cuban brand he prefers are profoundly better for ‘general day smoking’ and he no longer wants anything else. I’m not sure I should be encouraging the Hubby to actually smoke more 😳 but I think if he could cut down to only smoking a lovely Cuban on an evening with a nice drink, then that’s worlds better than constantly nipping out for a smoke and is presumably a far more enjoyable smoking experience.
I totally recommend Havana House but be warned that once you start smoking proper Cuban’s, everything else will feel artificial and rough in comparison so you’ll be totally hooked!
I ordered 2 x Honeyrose smoking mixture and was sent 2 x Honeyrose cigarettes. I rang the shop and was told they couldn't help and to ring the online dept. I rang many times and they never picked up. I rang the shop again and was asked for the order no. which i gave. I've heard nothing. I rang and texted two other numbers I found. I'll never buy from them again unless I get my original order. I'm prepared to return the cigarettes. Very dissatisfied
Fine unless you have a problem.
Sent the wrong order, quickly sent a return label then ignored emails about sending the correct order for a week. When it was finally sent it went to the wrong address and the customer service to sort it was appalling. Have used for nearly 4 years but I won’t be back.

As someone with zero knowledge of cigars and their accoutrements I was a little apprehensive when my "is there anything you'd especially like for Christmas?" was answered with "well, I do enjoy a cigar now and again."
Colour me totally bamboozled by the amount of results yielded by a well known search engine ... and then through pure luck, my mouse pointer landed on Havana House.
I felt thoroughly educated by the time I made my choice and checked out. The descriptions given for every cigar and area it came from were not only very thorough, they were also written in such a way as to be interesting as well as informative.
(I might have skipped less school in my youth if the person who writes these descriptions had been my teacher!)
I learned that some cigars require cutters, but others - mostly machine made rather than hand made - do not.
By this time I had a shortlist of choices which almost made me wish that I still smoked (almost!) as they sounded so good. Eventually I chose a pack of 3 from the same region but each different from the other, none of which require cutting.
The checkout process was seamless, and the cigars arrived quickly and very well protected against the rigours of transport. They look super and I'm entirely satisfied with my eventual choice.
Given all of the above combined with the fact that Havana House sell cigars which can suit the budget of a person with very restricted finances right up to the people (who ARE you?) who can splash out over £1k for a box of their favourite cigars, I would recommend to anyone making Havana House your first and only stop.

When an automatic rolling tin I ordered wasn’t in stock, I was offered a better replacement than the one I had originally ordered, at the recommendation of an employee (same cost but a nicer model min effect). They actually took the time to ring me and ask me personally whether I would be happy for the switch or if they should hold off on my order, rather than just blindly assuming and keeping my order behind. The chap who served me was delightful and polite 14/10.
Delivery is always speedy, I usually pick 2nd class and no matter if I’m in Essex or Devon my order has ALWAYS arrived within two days.
I actually can’t wait to order some better quality cigars from them. They’ve really opened up the doors to new and interesting smokes and I’ve found my favourites from their selection of cigarillos.

I have been an online shopper at Havana Cigars for about 5 years now and only started popping into the brick and mortar shop in Windsor recently so I can have sone human interaction with cigar pros every now and then and I have found it very beneficial and interesting. Just today, I popped into the Wondsor store and had the pleasure of chatting with an English gentleman(didn't catch his name). Was after the Gurkha 6 cigar deal but theu were out so asked for recommendations and he sorted me with some wonderful collection of cigars at a discount. Great service before, brilliant one now.

I have bought tobacco in the shop, and online on a few occasions, since learning of it from youtube. Both the workers that I met were great representatives of the shop. I is good to deal with the human face of the business, as they share an interest in the products on sale, and are very helpful. When I had a problem with a pipe I had bought the customer service was excellent and I left the shop satisfied and happy. Do visit the shop, you are sure to find something or somethings that you like and have a good experience.

There is room for improvement
I have paid for next day delivery and did not receive my parcel until a 9 days later. During this period DPD didn't know where my parcel is, and when I contacted Havanahouse, the customer service rep was very rude and not helpful. His only advice was to keep on waiting as DPD will deliver eventually. I left it for a couple of days and then rang them again, this time a gentleman called Adam was very helpful and reprocessed my order, which arrived the following day

Nice that they give different prices for different sized loose tobacco
Decided to use the option of free. Delivery which really didn't take long

The only thing I would prefer is perhaps like other companies they could email you when the products are on the way
Although you can find this out by logging into your account
Always happy with the cigars and delivery arrangements but found the new payment arrangement frustrating. Had to enter an OTP 4 times to get the most recent order accepted. Appreciate the need for security but the previous way was more straightforward. Another example of how change isn’t always an improvement.
