Ongoing problems. I ordered a playframe on 2nd May with delivery for 21-29th May and handed over £1000. 2 weeks later they say it’s been delayed with no further information or idea of what that delay means. I contact them repeatedly and am told 5-7 weeks from order now, but that’s “ONLY AN ESTIMATE” which gives them free reign to delay further. They say this is because of unprecedentedly high order volumes but they are still running a sale as I type this!! So welcoming more orders into the chaos. They are also still now giving the same leadtimes to new customers as I have been given having ordered mine over 3 weeks ago. It’s absolutely nonsensical. No one responds with anything remotely helpful they just thank you for your patience. Meanwhile you’re stuck having forked out a lot of money and have no guarantees. They will no doubt reply to this with some copy and paste rubbish like they have the other complaints. Basically, if you’re thinking of buying from Wickey or FatMoose… don’t. I would cancel if I wasn’t 9 months pregnant and have already paid over £1000 to have the play surface prepared and have a company waiting to install this whenever - or if ever - it actually arrives.
