Ordered a pool that was out of stock but it was dispatched the day before it was due back in stock so good result there, the other item on order was dispatched same day as ordered.
Unfortunately I had a problem with the pool liner and I left a message on the portal after hours Wednesday evening.Thursday morning 09.05 I had a reply and a replacement was dispatched that day.
Great service, can't wait to see the grandchildren enjoying it.
I brought a pool from them,they gave me a delivery date,it never arrived,I had 6 kids very upset,they said it would come the next day,,.it never ,,,I emailed again,,,,they said it had gone to the rong courier services that was just stalling us
I when and brought a pool in the end,as the kids were so upset,it cost me,£130 but at least they were now happy,..the pool eventually arrived about 10 days after, from DPD,,but I refused the parcel, my first order and to be honest I was not impressed..
Easy to find what I was looking for. I needed spare parts for my Exit Dome and luckily they supply them. I had to order a replacement cover last year.
The website is good but I don’t rate the Exit Domes longevity.

Great product , bought pool and dome , dome arrived first , only gripe was contacted exit when only dome arrived , they replied straight away saying pool coming next day it didn’t it arrived 2 days after and we where taking days off work , other than that everything great

Perfect home pool for kids and adults. Anyone up to 6ft 10 inches tall can float completely stretched out and be weightless to allow the body to repair itself. Priceless. Thank you and great customer service.

Fast with processing the order. Especially when it not located locally. Fast postage too. Had to contact customer services twice - 5* support. Definitely will be visiting the site for next purchase

Disappointed
One of the bolts wouldn't align with the thread on the ring. The backboard got damaged while trying to sort it out. I was really looking forward to getting this up but now just disappointed.
