Ordered a pool that was out of stock but it was dispatched the day before it was due back in stock so good result there, the other item on order was dispatched same day as ordered. Unfortunately I had a problem with the pool liner and I left a message on the portal after hours Wednesday evening.Thursday morning 09.05 I had a reply and a replacement was dispatched that day. Great service, can't wait to see the grandchildren enjoying it.

I brought a pool from them,they gave me a delivery date,it never arrived,I had 6 kids very upset,they said it would come the next day,,.it never ,,,I emailed again,,,,they said it had gone to the rong courier services that was just stalling us I when and brought a pool in the end,as the kids were so upset,it cost me,£130 but at least they were now happy,..the pool eventually arrived about 10 days after, from DPD,,but I refused the parcel, my first order and to be honest I was not impressed..
