The product that I wanted was highly rated. However they gladly took payment but didn’t fulfill the order as specified, on contact with “customer service” there was no apology, no explanation or date as to when they would supply the dehumidifier I had paid for. The attitude was appalling so I requested a refund, I was then told it would take time for them to process? Possibly up to 10 days 2 weeks, I instigated a refund through PayPal, so got my money back but then received an email apologising for a delay in dispatching! One half doesn’t know what the other is doing. Definitely Not a Professional Service
