Had a terrible experience with this company. It took two weeks to receive delivery and no response to emails asking when the mower will arrive. The goods were soaking wet when they did arrive and we had to return them. I then had to chase for the refund of £979. Again no response to emails; tried calling but left in a queue for hours until you have to give up. Eventually and thanks to PayPal I managed to get a refund six weeks after the order was placed and paid for. I bought the identical mower from my local supplier and it only cost an additional £10, it was delivered the next day having been tested and ready to go with fuel and oil.

Ordered Mower, Did not arrive. Emailed three times only 1 response. When Called on three occasions put on hold and in queue for over an hour on one occasion the call dropped out. Second occasion person went to check warehouse put on hold again for over 20 mins finally hung up. When finally got through asked for refund which was processed within a few days. quick to take money, very slow in helping or updating with delivery or supply issues. Received 3 email requests on how did we do before the mower was delivered. Would be 1 star at least I finally got refund after a struggle hence an xtra star.

I bought an EGO LM1701E Push 42cm lawnmower from them (Cheltenham Mowers Limited) in 2021, the delivery was good, but the mower stopped working just before 3 years. The battery works fine, and the machine looks ok considering it was not heavily used, and the lights are on but its rotor does not work. I initially managed to contact them via chat and email, and they asked me to send the video and photo which I did. However, this was almost a month ago and since then, they have not replied to any of my weekly emails asking for an update on the warranty. I also tried to call them multiple times but usually nobody is picking up the phone (they answered it once 2 weeks ago but since it is in a useless queue or nobody is picking up even if there is no queue). This forced me to buy another mower from another seller as the lawn cannot wait. If you have a lot of money to spend, and you are not too worried about lack of warranty and support, go for it. It may work for a couple of years just fine before it dies! I would update this review if anything changes but I doubt it considering the bad experience so far.

Phoned to enquire about my order, they wouldn't answer the phone for an hour, when they eventually answered I was so disappointed with their service I canceled the order and bought elsewhere.

Still waiting for my 2 bolts!! Bought 17 of may now 1 of June still no sign of bolts!! Will not buy off these people again.

Deliver the goods. Still not received but this is the second time you have asked me to review the service.

Worst online company I have used to date. They will not respond to any correspondence be it emails or calls. I had one call at 08.15 on a Saturday morning a couple of weeks ago informing me that they had no idea whats happened to the part I ordered but assured me they will get it sorted. Not one call or email received from the company since.

Still waiting for parts they had my money 09 May!

Delivery a lot longer than stated

Ordering was very easy on line and I am looking forward to getting my new mower however apart from an order conformation have heard nothing from them, which is a bit concerting, when you have paid a lot of money. I emailed them to get an ETA for delivery and was told it takes between 1-4 days and I would get a dispatch and tracking email. These times scales have now passed and despite a follow up email t them I haven't heard anything back from them so still no mower

Initially very impressed with the speed of delivery and with customer service response when the lawnmower I ordered was missing a bolt. Customer service responded immediately saying they would send a bolt out to me which I was happy with. The bolt never turned up and now they are not responding. In the end, I resolved it myself as I need to get the grass cut. Not what you expect when spending 100s of pounds.

Ease of ordering. Bit of an issue when it arrived on two pallets. I’m in a wheel chair so struggled to unpack on my own.

Ordering a new ride-on mower was easy and the help received when I phoned to ask a couple of questions about the order was first class. However the delivery itself was a farce. We were advised about 20 minutes before the delivery that it was due, followed by an email about 10 minutes later giving our estimated delivery window. When it arrived, it was not possible to offload the machine because of the way in which it was palletised. The courier said that it would be re-palletised and delivery arranged for the following working day. Exactly the same thing happened on the second attempt. A third day was arranged and this time the courier had made it possible to get the machine onto the site. Not remotely impressed.

Great product (Hayter Hawk 43 Cordless) at an exceptional price. Delivery was excellent & I was kept informed throughout the process contrary to some other reviews I'd read before purchasing so absolutely no issues on my part. Mower itself is a quality piece of machinery, good high quality plastics and polymers used which give it a solid, well made feel & the fact its made in Britain was another selling point. This is the first time I've ever purchased an item from Hayter but it won't be the last, in comparison to other manufacturers this Mower is easily one of the best in this price range. Overall very satisfied with all aspects of my online purchase. Thanks to all the team at Mowers Online!

Very happy with my purchase from Mowers Online, good information on the product, easy ordering process, very competitive pricing and with free and quick delivery. Really please with the product, it was easy to set up, has a real quality feel to it and makes short work of mowing our garden. We had a descent petrol lawn mower for many years but this is a big improvement, its easier and fast to set up and to cut the grass, also makes a better cut then folds down neatly taking up much less space in the shed. Happy to recommend both Mowers Online and the Ego Power LM190E-SP electric mower.

Fast delivery and great mower: ordered Tuesday/dispatched Wednesday/ arrived Thursday. As for the mower: I bought a Hayter Hawk 36 battery mower. I gave up on Bosch mowers when all their 'so-called improvements" to design just made things worse. With the Hayter there are too many noticeable GOOD DESIGN features to list them all here - from the short wheelbase and roller design that make for manoeuverability to the battery & charger... It's the best. Just one niggle that applies to all the mowers I've looked at - I'd like a 15mm cut height.
