I picked Mowers Online for the supply of a new lawn tractor because, amongst a few other suppliers offering the same (good) price, they were offering a free mulch plug and tow attachment. I needed the tow attachment for a specific job, so this was ideal. The tractor arrived - on time, well packed - without either of the free items. After calling Mowers Online, I was told they had to be shipped separately and would be with me in 2 days. That was rather annoying as I then had to make do with my old, nearly dead lawn tractor for the towing job. But then the parts didnt come. After a week I called again, to be told they were out of stock. They finally came another week later. Supply issues happen, and had Mowers Online contacted me to tell me this, I would have given a 5 star review. But only 4 for me having to call twice. However, I would definitely consider buying from Mowers Online again.

I was very pleased with the mower, it arrived promptly, and was an excellent deal being an ex-display model. However the mulching kit which I ordered at the same time did not arrive. Ths also arrived promptly after I notified Cheltenham Mowers, but I did not receive any explanation, apology or delivery advice note. We were out for the day when it came, and the first I knew was when the Fedex courier called and asked what to do with the package.

Ordered the mower and it arrived about 2 days later. No oil was in the box. They stated that oil is sent separately, nothing for 2 weeks.However after a phone call to Emma and it arrived the following day. Can't knock that type of service.

Had no confirmation of receipt of my order, had to send e mail to chase, reply said in a que but then no follow up. Goods then delivered in a couple of days and they were perfect for the job. So need more feedback to customers.

the item was shown as available in stock but after a long wait for a confirmation I phoned them and was then told it was out of stock, when it did eventually turn up was still charged full postage price for a long delayed item

I dithered about spending a lot of money on a leaf blower. They were really helpful and answered my various questions regarding the leaf blower. Delivery was quick and the item will packaged.

The price of the lawn mower was excellent. It was delivered very quickly. But they forgot to dispatch the other item (engine oil). But after a quick phone call, I received the oil the next day.

Perfect communication from all the services in the Company. Fast deliveries of spare parts that were well protected in their packages. A 5 Star service from the Company. Thank you so much.

I purchased a part that turned out to be wrong, my fault, however they were able too supply me with the correct replacement parts, all works well, thanks Emma

Part was as described and worked perfectly for my blower. Came earlier than expected which was also a plus

Company good and quick processing the order however they were let down by the delivery agent Royal mail

order a new charger and battery for me lawn mower and received it with in a couple of day very pleased
