Ordered the Travel ResMed on line. It came within the week, following communications received updating you on its whereabouts. Packaged well. Easy to put together. I just fitted the mask to my head and pressed th button. You do not have to use app if you don't want to. Two electric plugs supplied, one for UK, the other for abroad sockets. Comes with a soft pouch to keep everything together although I did order the soft travel bag, ready for trips abroad. Now, I just need to pack an extension lead, and I'm ready for my hols.
The only reason I have to purchase the F20 mask from you is because it is splitting at the bottom where the silicon is too thin. You are aware of the fault and dont appear to be modifying it! Over-charging patients for replacement masks is not showing good will just profits! The neoprene straps are usless and don't lastmore than 2 months with patients needing high air pressures like myself. Can you tell me why you only make small and medium not large for the bigger faces people have? This is the forth mask that has split like this.
Couldn't believe you don't yet use QR codes or barcodes to return items but use barcodes to send item out .so I need to hope my returned item reaches you or I don't get refunded as there is no tracker ..very poor service ..Frank Revie.

The new equipment I have ordered, over £200 pounds worth, is urgently required for medical treatment AND IT HAS'NT EVEN ARRIVED YET. YET IT WAS PURCHASED ON 21ST MARCH 2024!!!!! Today is 4th APRIL.
Tell the supplier to pull the other leg please. No more ResMed equipment will be purchased by me. There are other willing suppliers out there you know.

It takes too long for delivery.
An order I placed 14 days ago has yet to be delivered.
No information or updates on the status were provided until I contacted the company to chase it up.
Ordered a small replacement item for CPAP 13 days ago. Yet to arrive..... Dispatch e-mail received last night but Royal Mail track & trace today says yet to receive the item.....

Very expensive
I honestly believe that the products on sale are very expensive. Some NHS providers no longer supply masks etc so PATIENTS have no option but to purchase vital items .
