Ordered the Travel ResMed on line. It came within the week, following communications received updating you on its whereabouts. Packaged well. Easy to put together. I just fitted the mask to my head and pressed th button. You do not have to use app if you don't want to. Two electric plugs supplied, one for UK, the other for abroad sockets. Comes with a soft pouch to keep everything together although I did order the soft travel bag, ready for trips abroad. Now, I just need to pack an extension lead, and I'm ready for my hols.

The only reason I have to purchase the F20 mask from you is because it is splitting at the bottom where the silicon is too thin. You are aware of the fault and dont appear to be modifying it! Over-charging patients for replacement masks is not showing good will just profits! The neoprene straps are usless and don't lastmore than 2 months with patients needing high air pressures like myself. Can you tell me why you only make small and medium not large for the bigger faces people have? This is the forth mask that has split like this.

Always quick & easy service.
Customer services have always got back to me quickly.
The VAT exemption box could do with being larger & more obvious, I’m partially sighted & find this part difficult.
I do feel like it’s all a little expensive, £70 for 3 masks which are advised to be replaced monthly, but this seems to be the way with all medical products, be it Resmed or any other medical company.
In all though, very good & easy service.

From the comfort of my own home I could choose the part I wanted. I would have preferred someone to reassure me that I was buying the right part in person but we are where we are. 6 days later the part arrived in a discrete box and properly packaged.
I had ordered the compatible Climate Line. It is excellent and I wish I had done it ages ago, but I was anxious I would order the wrong part.

Urgent order before holiday - I had been waiting on stock for some time on the AirMini + P10 bundle and got the email to say it was back in stock. I only had 3 days before holiday and I called after placing the order to ask if delivery could be expedited. I got the item the very next day, very pleased, thank you!

The delivery and product are satisfactory. However, this is only about tracking. It would be preferable to have tracking information available immediately following the purchase. I received tracking information after the item arrived near my mail centre.

Delivery was much quicker than expected, packaging was very good. My only concern is the 14 day return policy as I am still waiting for my hospital appointment to set up my equipment and check mask is correct. This is all new to me

Bought the product to help with mask rubbing bridge of nose as going on holiday. Still having problems but the issue is with the mask not the nose protector. It did help as it reduced the redness.

No more face marks in the morning…
I like that I now don’t have to put up with face marks anymore.
I would like for the head and to be easier to adjust, it’s not possible to adjust the tension while it’s on my head.
