Really easy to order (would live to see wet food for cats) My cats were losing weight, trued everything but they love Premium. I've told my vet about Premium even though they stick a well established other brand. I know when I order, I receive the food in pristine condition from DPD in approximately 2 days..sometimes quicker. My cats always eat it so I'm happy too.

Awesome shop. I love the idea of this fsg and the high quality high meat content food. My malinois is not a huge fan of dry crunchy kibble and so this food is a game changer for me. Dog took to it straight away and even whines whilst I am preparing it. All questions I had were answered on the website and the delivery was very fast. So happy I found platinum.

Very easy transition from previous food. We tried other another brand that was very natural too but Buddy just refused to eat it. However for Platinum he can hear me picking the packet. He absolutely loves it. The poos are getting better too. Other food made him having very runny toilet. Really pleased and will definitely make it a long term food.

I have ordered the dry dog food several times, because it is the only food she will eat as it is softer for her, compared with other brands that make the hard biscuits. I would buy the wet food too, which my dog also loves, if it did not contain leeks, but I am not feeding her leeks no matter how small the amount.

Great ingredients. Most important to us that our dogs have a high quality varied diet. Always deliver promptly. Good advice on website. Good choice. Everything made easy, covers for wet food so need to go in the fridge etc

Ordered before 12 mid day and it arrived the next morning. Great service. Also it's now a self sealing bags which is better than the plastic handle sealer on previous bags. Also very pleased and happy with the product.

As always delivered next working day, in this case Saturday, with information by email and text from carrier and Platinum. Food is consistently good, easy to digest, and all my dogs eat it.
