My daughter's rescue cat, Charlie, which had been living rough since a kitten & bless, had been shot in the neck, discovered when she took him to the vet for a health check, chip & vaccinations. We ordered platinum after a long comparison of other cat food, weaned him off the food that was full of bulk & very little meat. Since Charlie started his platinum food, his fur is so silky & he is a very contented boy. Before, he was never full & wanted food so often. Thank you for also introducing fish flavour, he is hooked, also loves his chicken, it's nice to give him a change of flavour with the same high standard of nutrition.

First of all I was extremely impressed by the prompt delivery service, I ordered the food on Friday 3/11/23 and it arrived by Monday 6/11/23. On opening the food I couldn’t believe how delicious it smelled and clearly the dogs love it, I think they inhaled it! Toby English bulldog and Reggie the Rottweiler Boxer cross breed and little puppy Birdie cavapoo (on the puppy food) are really happy with it. I’m hoping that with all the wonderful ingredients and the impressive way this food is prepared that our dogs will benefit from it and be happy and healthy dogs for many years. Also really impressed how quickly an enquiry I mailed about the food was replied to.

I’m satisfied with Platinum’s service, fast delivery, invoice inside the package, I highly recommend! I got some free samples on Crufts 2024. My cavalier absolutely LOVES the taste of Platinum dog food (and we tried every single flavour). She’s been always very fussy with her food so this is a huge win! In fact, the smell is so intense and different when compared to other dog food brands that I couldn’t believe it at first. So far so good, I will definitely make an update after some time. Another happy costumer here!

This is the only food that suits my dog, and I have tried a large number of different types, including dry, wet, raw, and cooked. For some reason, this is the only one that doesn't give her stomach problems. She doesn't eat it on its own, and I have to add a bit of cooked mince to entice her to eat it, but that's fine as this works. Finally she has put on weight and looking healthy. Poops are also good, so it is definitely working. Importantly, nothing else worked, and I am so glad I finally found this.

Super speedy delivery. Firstly sent and tried the free samples. My dog liked the beef, chicken and lamb best. Sent for a 5kg of beef (came one working day later). They are bigger chunks than the samples and he will not eat them, don't know if this is the reason or because its beef and potato so different recipe, but he refuses to eat them no matter how long we leave them down. We followed instructions and added water. Don't know why he will not eat them.

We have a very fussy Dachshund who was a real problem until we switched to platinum, she loves it and looks forward to her dinners now, before she barely ate and getting her to finish her food was a painstaking task, now she finishes it in one go and asks for more :-) Food was recommended by our dog trainer as it’s got a great nutritional content vs the main high street brands. Delivery is always very quick and customer service excellent.

My rescue dog was very under weight when we got him, and our dog trainer recommended this brands dry kibble. My dog loves it, gobbles it down. He he now a healthy weight and has a good healthy coat. His poop is also firm and unoffensive unlike when he was on supermarket brands. I can't recommend this enough, I would never go back to cheap brands. 1 5kg bag lasts him 1 month or so.

This product is amazing, my dogs absolutely love it. My elder dog is a very fussy Husky, I literally had tried every brand before being recommended by a friend. My dog now eats his food straight away, it only took me 11 years to find a decent quality food. Plus the delivery is super speedy. All around winner. My dog liked the trial sample of dry food and is a fussy eater so I ordered him a bag of chicken , as it was the first order we got a free tub of click bits with the code sent with the trial. I had to phone about this and Juan was very helpful. The service was excellent and delivered by DPD the following morning.

My pooch Pablo goes crazy for this food. He's not food orientated at all and can go for a couple of days without eating if he feels like it. However, as soon as I get this out of the cupboard he goes crazy ... dancing and twirling around with excitement.

More flavours would be good but this is an excellent product that my cats love, it is full of human grade ingredients and is not ultra heat treated, unlike most dried cat food. There are no animal derivatives or fillers and no grains.

We made the move to platinum about a month ago and have been really pleased with it so far. Our two dogs look really well, have a beautiful shine to their coats and their weight hasn't altered.

Easy online ordering reliable quick delivery . Excellent product my 3 small dogs love the beef & potato as it’s soft to eat and its nutritional content is excellent. .
