An absolute nightmare returning anything. Used to purchase regularly from Alpine Trek and had thought they were a UK company but recently bought some over trousers for my partner for her Christmas. They were a little small so returned them and ordered two other pairs to try. I then had to chase the refund for the first pair I’d returned and customer service replies weren’t exactly helpful, I was then concerned about returning the second pair as I was struggling to get a refund for the first return. Everything was having to go through customs before refunds were issued. Has put me off purchasing again, which is a pitty.

Good service, high quality goods. my only concern is the delivery service used is not my favourite. You cannot change to direct the parcel to shop/collection store. Only one delivery options at one fixed price. Prefer to use FedEx, DHL, DPD or Parcel force have option of redirection of parcel to direct store or pick up location. Wish there were options for multiple delivery service not just EVIRY.

They were VERY prompt to reply to my emails and were very clear on what I needed to do when I had to return the first pair of shoes because they were too small. I was advised to order the next size up immediately as stock was low. The refund on the first pair arrived very quickly.

Quick delivery to the UK
Ordered from Alpinetrek as size 8 1/2 not stocked in my size in the UK. Delivery time was given as 7-9 working days. I ordered on Monday evening and the shoes were delivered on Saturday. Good communications after the order.
