User friendly both on laptop and mobile. Keeps data if you need to stop and resume. In some cases the text box size is limited and instead of warning just truncates which is a bit frustrating, but everything else works fine

A very straightforward process to apply and the visas arrived within a couple of hours.

The application process was relatively quick and simple. It was recommended by fellow travellers after they encountered huge frustrations applying through the official visa site of the country we were visiting.

Was completed very quick couldn’t of ask for anymore

Tried to get visa using the official gov site, but found it to be a nightmare. The system isn’t fit for purpose. Hence using e-visa was a breeze, so easy and efficient.

Nationality dropdown box has not got "British citizen" listed as stated on uk passport Address dropdown box does not have " Berkshire " listed as a region above caused problems when submitting form
