Everything about the experience, from value of the base product, to speed of my receipt, was 100% positive….BUT, with all the recent concern about Northern Ireland’s position in UK, I am justifiably opposed to the inconsistency where some suppliers, like McCormick Tools, apply hefty delivery charges to NI, while delivering free to, eg Rural Cornwall, whereas many others can extend the welcome courtesy of equal treatment. Perhaps a little imagination required, to enable equality. Regards, Tom

I was disappointed with the quality of care, I had ordered a toolbox with next day delivery on a Saturday, of course this will have a delay but it was due on a Wednesday. With this being the case I had had rung up to acquire an update on delivery time and had been given a refund. The delivery date was changed from the Wednesday to the Thursday, please do not have the option to deliver next day if it is not possible to do so.
