The item was well received, however it took nearly two weeks to arrive, despite the 5-7 day delivery detailed on the product page. I didn’t get a shipping notification until a week after I placed the order! It was also misleading with a UK address listed, and on a .co.uk website, but it turns out it was being sent from Denmark (which also explains the hefty delivery fee).

I bought a free standing wooden wine rack from these guys. It arrived quickly but came with a chunk of the pine missing on the top where someone had presumably got caught on a splinter and ripped it off (the wood has been scorched so the part missing leaves the very light wood clearly visible. That was disappointing, but where I was installing the thing I thought it would be easy to hide it. The draw runners are cheap and stiff but hopefully they'll loosen up given time. The rack looks ok for the most part and fits where I wanted to put it which is the main thing, but I did hope for a bit more quality for the price I paid.
