Straightforward. Although not the cheapest, they did have stock where others didn't. The free delivery was a bonus and I was able to take advantage of a 'first time' discount.
Very slow responding website. Discount code did not work properly. Price increased when discount code applied! Chris from sales will now have to refund me so I get the correct discount. This purchase was a trial and hoping to buy several more laptops, but unfortunately your website is abysmal. While trying to order, I was blocked because phone number flagged up as invalid format, but no other useful information as to what was wrong. Took 7 trials before that was sorted, and even Chris could not help. The problem turned out to be that it can't accept any spaces between the digits. Never had that problem on any website yet. Wasted over an hour and a half, for an order that should have taken 5 minutes. I am hoping that you get these issues resolved quickly, because I want to be a regular customer for your products. But I have my concerns. As a company selling IT products you have no excuse for the abysmal performance of your website. Feedback is only good if it is acted upon. I sincerely hope you can make a significant improvement on your website and discount codes fast!! I will be checking soon.
Tried to make a purchase with a credit card but it was turned down (expiry date too close?) so I had to repeat with a different card. If this is an issue, please make it clear how much time needs to be left on the card. Time is money.

Trying to purchase online, constantly took us back to the start of purchase. We tried multiple times to no avail. We eventually managed to place an order but this us over three weeks to do.

Website is laggy and sucks
Website is laggy and search ui is not good for mobile. Had an issue when searching where i would click one product, but then be redirected to the wrong one with a different price and details.

Orders incompleted.
I had orders completed that I didn't complete. My order it was canceled, reason provided by ACER support "We didn't get the money" but money has been took from my bank account and checking with my bank the money it was send normally. Also the cancellation policy is horrible. You have only 30 minutes after the purchase to make a cancel request. But I ordered on Sunday and the Customer Care works from Mon - Fri 9am -5:30pm.

Promo code worked, then wasn't allowed later
I originally loaded up my basic with everything I wanted, with the £500 off promo working in cumulation with the promo code RMN5-UK-W23. Then an hour later when I was done looking for products I wanted, all of a sudden it's not allowed to be used anymore? So now I had to pay an extra £100+

It has taken me hours just to make an order. When you sent me the codes, it took so long that they had already run out. It doesn't like my password etc although I have ordered with no problems before. I am really at screaming point.
