Straightforward. Although not the cheapest, they did have stock where others didn't. The free delivery was a bonus and I was able to take advantage of a 'first time' discount.

Very slow responding website. Discount code did not work properly. Price increased when discount code applied! Chris from sales will now have to refund me so I get the correct discount. This purchase was a trial and hoping to buy several more laptops, but unfortunately your website is abysmal. While trying to order, I was blocked because phone number flagged up as invalid format, but no other useful information as to what was wrong. Took 7 trials before that was sorted, and even Chris could not help. The problem turned out to be that it can't accept any spaces between the digits. Never had that problem on any website yet. Wasted over an hour and a half, for an order that should have taken 5 minutes. I am hoping that you get these issues resolved quickly, because I want to be a regular customer for your products. But I have my concerns. As a company selling IT products you have no excuse for the abysmal performance of your website. Feedback is only good if it is acted upon. I sincerely hope you can make a significant improvement on your website and discount codes fast!! I will be checking soon.

I was unable to use 'MYSTERY' code, the transaction would not process with it being used. I called your help centre but they were unable to help.

Website flickering and menu appearing in front of the screen and disappearing when I try to scroll. Refreshing didn't help, then even my basket wasn't appearing. Very poor.

Item was described as In Stock and with 1-2 days delivery. Now 4 days later, they have taken payment but not even dispatched laptop nor given any reason.
