Straightforward. Although not the cheapest, they did have stock where others didn't. The free delivery was a bonus and I was able to take advantage of a 'first time' discount.
Very slow responding website. Discount code did not work properly. Price increased when discount code applied! Chris from sales will now have to refund me so I get the correct discount. This purchase was a trial and hoping to buy several more laptops, but unfortunately your website is abysmal. While trying to order, I was blocked because phone number flagged up as invalid format, but no other useful information as to what was wrong. Took 7 trials before that was sorted, and even Chris could not help. The problem turned out to be that it can't accept any spaces between the digits. Never had that problem on any website yet. Wasted over an hour and a half, for an order that should have taken 5 minutes. I am hoping that you get these issues resolved quickly, because I want to be a regular customer for your products. But I have my concerns. As a company selling IT products you have no excuse for the abysmal performance of your website. Feedback is only good if it is acted upon. I sincerely hope you can make a significant improvement on your website and discount codes fast!! I will be checking soon.

Tried to make a purchase with a credit card but it was turned down (expiry date too close?) so I had to repeat with a different card. If this is an issue, please make it clear how much time needs to be left on the card. Time is money.

Your system collated all of the laptop computers in which I was interested, so that I could make my choice.
It's only a minor point; it might help if your search terms differentiated more clearly between different models of laptop bearing the same discription.
For example, Acer Swift Go SFG14-41. We very recently purchased this model for my wife, operating with Microsoft Windows. I wanted to purchase a similar computer to operate with SuSE Linux Enterprise Desktop.

Happy knowing I was buying a genuine cable
I liked being able to put in the serial number/SNID of my laptop to be directed to the correct parts. It gave me reassurance that I was buying the correct cable. I could have purchased a 'compatible' cable for half the price on a well-known site, BUT reading the reviews made my mind up that I would be better off buying a genuine Acer cable, as opposed to a replica.

Simple and easy to use
Very simple and easy to look at products, discounts are automatically subtracted at checkout if you decide to purchase. Liked the option of Acer pre-registering the product you just purchased, when they ship it, if you had already signed up previously for an Acer ID.
