JPUK quoted a delivery of 2-3 weeks which was fine by me. In fact they despatched almost immediately which threw me as APC tried to deliver without warning when I was out. As they needed a signature on delivery they took it away again. I rescheduled for several days later and between us we waited in all day (not very convenient in Christmas week). It turned up the following day and by chance I was in to receive it. I appreciate this was pre-Christmas rush for APC but it was all a bit of a muddle.

Item arrived later than expected despite it showing in stock and paying for express delivery. The item cost was higher than other retailers too so if the item arrived quicker wouldn’t be so bad

Top Quality Service and Product
I placed the order for a new digital projector by phone. It was a simple procedure and the lady I spoke to was very helpful, courteous and professional. The payment was made over the phone and the projector was delivered a couple of days later, very securely packaged and in mint condition. Altogether a high quality shopping experience.
