The customer service was brilliant, my board came so quickly! (Especially compared to gear I’ve ordered from other sites). And after a follow up query with customer services about an issue, Sarah was quick to reply and went above and beyond in understanding and rectifying it. Couldn’t recommend enough and now just excited to use my board!
Have the goods that you are selling online actually in stock. Don't take the payment, then email a day or two later to offer vouchers or refunds because you don't have the item you were selling. All too often, online sellers advertise goods at prices that beat their competitors but don't actually have those goods. Its a rotten practice and wastes customers time effort and money.
