The customer service was brilliant, my board came so quickly! (Especially compared to gear I’ve ordered from other sites). And after a follow up query with customer services about an issue, Sarah was quick to reply and went above and beyond in understanding and rectifying it. Couldn’t recommend enough and now just excited to use my board!
Have the goods that you are selling online actually in stock. Don't take the payment, then email a day or two later to offer vouchers or refunds because you don't have the item you were selling. All too often, online sellers advertise goods at prices that beat their competitors but don't actually have those goods. Its a rotten practice and wastes customers time effort and money.

Not an accurate description on website. The item I wanted was not accurately described on the website. The mittens should have had goat skin palms but were in fact rubber. The parcel was delivered quickly but I had to returned it at my own cost.

Hi Jo - we're really sorry to hear that. Product descriptions are usually taken from the brands websites, but we apologise for any irregularity here. We would always aim to cover the returned cost of any item that was not as described.

muy decepcionado con la compra puesto que una vez pagados los gastos de aduana(por supuesto (nadie te advierte de eso), el pantalón sale mucho mas caro que en cualquier otro sitio. Se paga dos veces impuestos.

I bought a pair of skis advertised at a good price, paid for them, then received an email saying they weren't available, a mistake, fair enough and refunded a few days later.

We're really sorry about this problem with your order. Sadly from time to time, stock synching delays have lead to frustrating errors on our part.
