I didn’t initially realise that I was ordering products from Germany, and when I did I was slightly worried that I would be charged more than the advertised price because of duty and vat now the UK is not in the EU. I need not have been concerned, I was charged the advertised price. The products are very good, they were sent quickly and packaged very well. I would certainly buy from this company again. Very pleased.

Item was advertised as available in stock. I then received a communication saying the manufacturer in fact manufactured to order, and that given this the items would not be returnable. I therefore requested the order be cancelled. Two weeks later I realised I had received no refund. After initially being told the refund was issued immediately after my cancellation request, I raised a Paypal case and Illumination issued the refund. VERY glad I used Paypal
