I didn’t initially realise that I was ordering products from Germany, and when I did I was slightly worried that I would be charged more than the advertised price because of duty and vat now the UK is not in the EU. I need not have been concerned, I was charged the advertised price. The products are very good, they were sent quickly and packaged very well. I would certainly buy from this company again. Very pleased.

Item was advertised as available in stock. I then received a communication saying the manufacturer in fact manufactured to order, and that given this the items would not be returnable. I therefore requested the order be cancelled.
Two weeks later I realised I had received no refund. After initially being told the refund was issued immediately after my cancellation request, I raised a Paypal case and Illumination issued the refund. VERY glad I used Paypal

Taking money is easy. Getting order is not. No customer care
Took payment on order day and have delayed delivery ever since. They clearly don’t have the lights so think it’s likely a scam. You cannot phone or email them apart from preempted forms do not a good experience. No idea if I will get the products ordered. £500 scam I’m thinking.

Huge range of products.
We had been looking for a while to replace a defunct mother & child lamp but wanted something a bit different. Very happy with the vast selection, just need to use the filters.
Lamp arrived within a week and was easy to assemble. It’s well made and looks great.
We need another and will be back.

Ordered 2 light fittings and they are quality. Delivery time reasonable considering that they have come from Germany. Had notifications from parcel force and looking on the website order status said shipped, would have been nice to get an email saying when the order shipped but that is the only criticism. Well packaged and arrived safely.
