Can’t fault the quick and efficient service and the quality of the envelopes!
But the DPD delivery was very stressful and this may prevent me from using this shop again!
When the delivery driver arrived I was on the phone with a very important call from my hospital Consultant.
I answered the door, still with phone in hand, and apologised to the Consultant and put out my hand for the package and the delivery person said no he can’t give me the package for another 45 seconds?!!
I said ok, just leave it on the bench on the drive I’m just taking a very important call….he wouldn’t do that either, said no I have to wait as he has to take a photo of me taking the package off him.
What a palaver, you couldn’t make it up, even the Consultant, who heard the whole thing, thought the man was being ridiculous!
So, I’ll think twice about getting my envelopes from here again.
The man was a complete idiot!!!

Great choice of products. Super quick dispatch.
(I've docked a star as I was one unit short in one group in my order, I do feel a wee bit mean as it is just a very tiny pouch, but it is a wee bit annoying too!)

Good service spoiled by poor storage
The envelopes arrived quicker than expected and are of lovely quality. However, the closing stud at the back of the envelopes have made a mark on the front, spoiling them somewhat. I imagine this is down to them being stored on top of each other, so the accumulated weight has damaged the ones at the bottom of the pile. Since there were only 4 left when I wanted to order 10, I assume this has been the fate of my envelopes.

Nearly perfect!
Ordered what I needed and it arrived the next day. Couldn’t really ask for more, except a cheaper postage option!
I also never receive confirmation emails of my orders, which would be helpful.

Ordering was easy and delivery with DPD was very quick and on time with DPD's schedule received by email and text.
I would have given 5* if ALL my items were packaged in the outer box instead of left loose. The 160 envelopes were loose in the outer box as were the 30 cello bags among the other packaged items. It would have much better to have had them packed them in bags or small boxes so they weren't thrown around during transit. Luckily there was no damage in this instance.

Excellent envelopes and fast despatch. Not 5 star only because the cardboard packaging inside the postal bag was too flimsy / not secure. This resulted in damage to several envelopes, they are usable just not pristine for the invitations being sent out. Thankfully I ordered a few spare.
