I ordered the Thursday 28th before Good Friday - so understand the delay but I messaged on the 3rd and 4th as still did not receive it and it arrived on the 5th. I sent 2 emails and had no response. I also asked a question about a cross bow and had not response so bought off another site I paid 6 for next day delivery so should have had it on the 3rd April.

Faulty trigger mechanism sent 3 messages and one telephone message without getting reply upto this point I was happy with the service but that doesn't help when I'm £130+ out of pocket and so crossbow I can't use.

Royal mail lost the order, we sent you the proof of that and you saw via the tracking, we sent AGAIN on us and get a bad review???

Hi Apologies as we have said we are selling out all time of crossbows and restocks are getting held up, you back ordered so within 7 days you received it.

Hi Again...FREE shipping is at least a week in busy periods, ringing constantly after ordering when there are paid faster delivery options????
