The service was personal. When I became concerned I may not received my order before my flight, the owner of ukpreppingshop personally expedited my order. Could not ask for a more trustworthy and reliable supplier.

As l have said before, the service is excellent. Prompt, secure, well packed, on time and good communications. The only problem l have found is when l cannot get through on the phone and l leave a message or an email message. I have not received a reply in this manner. Other than that, cost and quality is also good and should be added to my other points of view.

Would thoroughly recommend!!. They actively try to keep their prices the cheapest around, regularly provide discounts, fast delivery, and the customer service is fantastic!! Absolutely the only place I shop for my outdoor items now. Keep up the great work!!!
