Masks ordered had valves missing which affect the operation of the mask and this was not clear in the description. I have posted picture of one with valve and the ones received which have this missing. I was informed later via email after I raised a query that parts are available. However I just bought another set of masks online from another vendor and the mask has all parts intact and are clean on arrival. If I add the price of the masks + replacement parts then it would be cheaper to buy the full mask elsewhere with all parts intact. Description of the product needs to match reality.

Very slow dispatching goods I have made several orders and nearly all of them have taken ages to arrive also no phone number to contact them will be using someone else in future...

I had nothing but good Experiences Recently I ordered Two things And one of them didn’t come And only the other thing came so This is a disappointment Sorry to say
