I was missing an item which still hasn't been resolved after numerous phone calls and email. I've paid for the item and received nothing in return.

Not received bow string that I ordered. Order NO: 27356. Chased order up with a email and still not received it.

Quick delivery but not next day as paid for. And no delivery emails or tracking were given

I love that you offer specials on MRE pouches for a good price/multibuy etc with a good date, when they are available. I will keep my eyes on your site for further deals. Obviously I’d like to see more multi buy deals on “all day breakfast” pouches too especially. Seemingly they are the most popular as MRE for breakfast, with a cafe dinner/another alternative meal later, not so much another regular uk MRE meal pouch twice in one day where available. Can I suggest; Find a way to do all day breakfast pouches multi buy for a good price. I’m sure they would sell like hotcakes in multiple specials. Wish I could find a multi buy deal of the all day breakfast. I would stock up for sure.

UK Prepping Shop is an excellent service. It has very good Prepping goods from food to safety equipment and much more. The main man seems to be Justin.He is a man of many talents. Keeping prices low is not easy in a competitive market, but the prices are very reasonable. The goods arrive securely packed and Justin ensures that what you order you will receive in a timely way through the services of parcel force. I have ordered many goods from ukpreppingshop and l can assure all of Jason's customers that you will not be disappointed in the quality of goods, the efficiency of delivery and the communication that you will receive.

I have purchased goods from ukprepping shop for around two to three months now. From Food, to camping equipment, clothing, and self preservation items. I have found that Jason, the proprietor, delivers good quality products at a reasonable and competative price.. The goods arrive quickly, they are always secured safely for posting. Communication with Jason is reliable. All in all l find that the ukprepping shop is excellent and it will continue to be my number one choice when purchasing items for being prepared in time of crisis, as well as leisure and sporting activities.

The quality of the mask is fantastic. Delivery was good and the pricing was excellent. However, the size wasn't good as it is too small for me. Might be due to my part, not sure. I needed a size 2 or 1 (Medium - 2 | Large - 1) but I have a size 3 (Small - 3). But, other then that, it still works as intended and I am happy with the product, apart from the size. Highly recommend UK/EU prepping shop if you need army/survial surplus!

Family run business. Great experience so far for me. Besides these guys seem to be the cheapest on the market with their discounts applied. Everything was well packed too. I have bought Cobra System Adder crossbow

Great customer service, quality products. Justin responsed to emails in quick time. Was extremely helpful, and offered alternative to item out of stock. All items are great quality. This was my first purchase from UKprepping, was not disappointed and will buy from again in future.

My crossbow arrived damaged, but after a phone call to ukpreppingshop they got to send the part that was broken within 2day great customer service, will definitely buy from them again.

Send stuff Parcel Force, More reliable. Royal mail just leave things sitting on your doorstep . Parcel force ask for a picture of you with it.
