I ordered the Thursday 28th before Good Friday - so understand the delay but I messaged on the 3rd and 4th as still did not receive it and it arrived on the 5th. I sent 2 emails and had no response. I also asked a question about a cross bow and had not response so bought off another site I paid 6 for next day delivery so should have had it on the 3rd April.

Great products and business idea, but lacking in terms of communication. I placed an order a week or two ago and, although I know that 1 of the items was still awaiting arrival at the warehouse, there’s been no email to reassure me that the order is still live, no estimated delivery date etc.

Great for preparation for a poop hitting the fan type situation in any situation; camping, hiking or the more serious types where one needs to leave quickly having a prep "go bag".
Great for keeping in the car for those long journeys.
