I ordered the Thursday 28th before Good Friday - so understand the delay but I messaged on the 3rd and 4th as still did not receive it and it arrived on the 5th. I sent 2 emails and had no response. I also asked a question about a cross bow and had not response so bought off another site I paid 6 for next day delivery so should have had it on the 3rd April.

The order always arrives quickly and has arrived complete with nothing missing or damaged etc. and the free treat like the mint cake is was a nice surprise. I don't think you could do anything better to be honest
