Great service fast to get I.d. checked for certain orders needing I.d.verifification then quick to dispatch orders and get them delivered in the stated delivery time periods .1 day delivery was 24 hrs once sent and even standard delivery only took just 2 days arrived very early the second day by standard delivery with all items being able to be tracked immediately on despatch. Ist impressions are great..

As per usual, the UK Prepping Shop delivered my order with excellent communications, through regular e-mails. My order was for Thai Green Chicken Curry with Rice. Quality, long lasting packets of freeze dried meals. The meals are for Expedition, packed full of quality goodness, low in unneccary calleries, Pre cooked, suitable for our own British sevices. My order arrived safely, boxed to perfection, delivered on time through the Royal Mail. The price for each pack was extremely reasonable for such quality. UK Prepping shop is by far my most used and favourite method of storing up supplies for any emergency and out door activities. ( But it can also be a method for a quick healthy snack or meal in doors!) A big thank you to the services at UK Prepping Shop, aswell as the Royal Mail service. Thank you.

Would have got the 5 stars as they've always got my orders out bang on and had them here before expected but last order I feel I got yanked around a bit even after a few correspondents with the shop and thanks to Trusted shop where your purchase is protected it needed me to tell ukpreppingshop I'd received an email from them regarding my order before it got sent and sent sharpish so for that it drops a star as I feel idve had a problem if they had not contacted me..

I bought a 600g tin a few months back. I was quite happy with the initial quality, however there was at least a 5th of the tin that was fragmented/tiny bits/complete dust. I did purchase 2 more tins (600g), however the first one I opened does appear to be OVER freeze dried. I'm disappointed in the quality. However, I'm more disappointed as I wanted to find a regular supplier of the freeze dried chicken. Please can we talk as I need to return the tin I have opened?

Excellent service through and through! I have contacted this company with minor questions on late evenings and weekends and didn't expect a reply until office hours over the next few days but I have always received a quick and helpful reply no matter when. These guys are really trying to look after their customers and it shows.

I have placed many orders with this Company and I’ve only ever had one problem which was handled and sorted so quickly . Customer service is first class they have everything you need. If it’s just even a camping weekend they have all the equipment if you’re a survivalist and a pepper. This is the best place to come

My order arrived quickly, surprised by the strange medal plate that was in with my order which I later learnt after contacting UKprep was a army stove! Feel the shop missed a trick by not including information in the box on other products they could supply.

First time purchase from UK Prepping, although my purchase took a little longer than I expected my emails for updates were answered in good time. The Tarp I purchased is great quality, really pleased with the overall experience and purchase 👍🏻

Wow, what an amazing company. Slight issue with delivery which was 100% my fault but was rectified immediately. Customer service was professional & very easily accessible. Will definitely be ordering from this company again & again.
