I purchased a copy of Bitdefender Total Security 2024, Multi Device 10 Devices 2 Years from Blitzhandel24. I have been using Bitdefender for a good few years and they do offer some reasonable discounts when renewal is due. However, they no longer allow you to append your new purchase to the existing antivirus subscription. Rather, they simply say that your new cover starts as soon as you download it! In my case I could have easily, effectively lost about 2 months of antivirus cover if I'd not read the small print! That smacks of Sharp Practise to my mind, aiming to catch out the unwary, but I do like their product. By using Blitzhandel24, I could purchase the updated software when I wanted to and it's not until you actually activate it, with the new Key Code that the new subscription starts. That is a big plus in my opinion. I also liked that I could buy a subscription that covered 10 devices for 2 years. I wasn't able to find such a product direct from Bitdefender, another big plus. Finally, the price is better than the discounted prices that Bitdefender were prepared to offer me if I bought direct from them.
A great service was provided, with the download available pretty well as soon as I made the purchase. I'd have no qualms about buying from Blitzhandel24 again.

However, Blitzhandel responded differently, insisting that I needed to find a solution with Parcel Force. Their handling of the situation was very unprofessional. Eventually, the product was returned to them, and they refused to offer a full refund. Fortunately, PayPal ruled in my favor, and I received a complete refund. My advice: Stay away!

I made a purchase, and the email instructed me to download my product. However, I had actually paid for a physical scanner! When I contacted them, they told me to ignore the email. Oh boy. I waited for a week, but they didn’t provide any tracking information until I followed up with them. The product got stuck at customs, and Parcel Force informed me that only the sender could resolve the situation. Do not buy from this company
The website I downloaded the software from, was complicated and not at all user friendly. When the software was downloaded, it was a trial version which was supposed to become the full version once the product key was entered. Only it didn't. On top of which the software can only be accessed through their server platform - so if the company goes bust or the server goes down, then you lose access to the product you've paid a lifetime licence for. A complete waste of money. I will will warn everyone I know to stay clear of this company.

No refund for not installing yet paid for WORD
I paid for MS Word to install on a borrowed PC. When I realised that I needed admin access and didn't have it, plus another way was found to get MS Word free trial I didn't install the one from Blitzhandel. I was charged anyway even though the company says proudly that we can return and get refunded for any reason. I know it is a digital product but even so it should have been possible to let another purchaser use the product key which is unique to each installation. Not happy and I am an old pensioner out of pocket.

My dropped clanger
I went on line to purchase a copy of caspersky which i did but i made a mistake and the one i purchased was forGermany.no use for the UK which was my mistake then tried to contact them to cancel this but kept going round in circles unable to contact then wrote this off to my inexperience and purched the right one elsewhere my complaint is i never thought it would be so hard to try to rectify my mistake,i just hope they will not try to auto renew in 12 months when its obvious this product has not been used.

Paid but could not download
I could not get on with Office 365 which was already installed on my new laptop. I could not install my Office 2010 because there was no disc drive. I jumped at the chance of your product, paid the price but it could not be downloaded. I was cross and had no time to contact your company because I was due to take some minutes and get them out quickly. I went to my local computer shop and for £20 he got rid of 365. He used my Office 2010 disc and his separate disc drive to install it.

Beware, Sloppy investigation, adding insult to injury.
Beware! Having paid for Paperport software I received an email ostensibly with the software download link but this didn't work. The email also contained a contact number that I couldn't use from the UK. When I eventually got hold of an email address, it turned out to be invelid.
However, the fact that this email was sent was taken as evidence (by Paypal) that I received it. No-one asked to see the email I was complaining about. Sloppy investigation, adding insult to injury.

I was totally misled when i asked for adobe photoshop elements 2024, I was directed to a site which only has video and not as i was given to expect which i downloaded in mistake to what I was expecting.
The staff were most uncoperative refused me a refund considering That they directed me to a site which I followed.
I now have a product which I have no use for and there response was no where like one could accept. There mistake I would like a total refund.

I ordered clean up software which looks great. I tried to download on to my iBook however it would not download. I spoke to someone from Blizhandel on the chat who sent me 2 links to download to a Mac. Again this did not work I sent a email was told the links I had been sent was not for a Mac. I asked for a refund, I was told I could not get a refund. This company has not been helpful at all.

Respect the fact that customers have a 14 day cooling period if they dont want the software. Your software would not download on my system. I showed you the error message as proof. I was not happy with you trying to solve the problem by taking over my computer and I asked for a refund well within the 14 days.
You ignored me.
I cannot recommend you to anybody unless you refund my money.

Refuse to refund for cancellation within 2 weeks of purchase.
Your website approved my purchase, completed the transection without telling me I had not to select a language. You sent me a German version of the software, the delivering address is in UK. I bought a sofware on an English languaage website. You refused to fefund me thought I said I had unstalled the useless software on my compouter.

I purchased a copy of Acronis TrueImage which your website stated could be installed on three PCs. It installed correctly on the first PC using the S/No supplied. When I tried to instal it on the second and third machines, I just got an error message stating that the S/No had already been used, so your website made a false claim.

Blitzhandel24 sold me a prohram called Power Director24 Ultimate. Despite a mumber of phone calls to Germany to try to get my program sent, downloaded and used, we still do not have access to our purchase. We are left with no option, but to ask for a refund through our bank's intervention.

They didn't provide the download and I had to go elsewhere. Only once I complained, did they send me a link. By then, it was too late and they wouldn't refund me, even though I had not used their product. An appalling way to treat people.

I made a purchase that I was unable to use however when I asked to cancel/for a refund I was informed the right to cancellation ends immediately upon purchase despite not having used the item or not being able to use the item

Incorrect ACDSee download link sent.
The ACDSee download link you sent me gave me a German version, but I'd purchased English. The Product Key was correct for an English version.
The ACDSee sales help Chat service sorted the problem for me.
