I purchased a copy of Bitdefender Total Security 2024, Multi Device 10 Devices 2 Years from Blitzhandel24. I have been using Bitdefender for a good few years and they do offer some reasonable discounts when renewal is due. However, they no longer allow you to append your new purchase to the existing antivirus subscription. Rather, they simply say that your new cover starts as soon as you download it! In my case I could have easily, effectively lost about 2 months of antivirus cover if I'd not read the small print! That smacks of Sharp Practise to my mind, aiming to catch out the unwary, but I do like their product. By using Blitzhandel24, I could purchase the updated software when I wanted to and it's not until you actually activate it, with the new Key Code that the new subscription starts. That is a big plus in my opinion. I also liked that I could buy a subscription that covered 10 devices for 2 years. I wasn't able to find such a product direct from Bitdefender, another big plus. Finally, the price is better than the discounted prices that Bitdefender were prepared to offer me if I bought direct from them.
A great service was provided, with the download available pretty well as soon as I made the purchase. I'd have no qualms about buying from Blitzhandel24 again.

I made a purchase, and the email instructed me to download my product. However, I had actually paid for a physical scanner! When I contacted them, they told me to ignore the email. Oh boy. I waited for a week, but they didn’t provide any tracking information until I followed up with them. The product got stuck at customs, and Parcel Force informed me that only the sender could resolve the situation. However, Blitzhandel responded differently, insisting that I needed to find a solution with Parcel Force. Their handling of the situation was very unprofessional. Eventually, the product was returned to them, and they refused to offer a full refund. Fortunately, PayPal ruled in my favor, and I received a complete refund. My advice: Stay away!

My dropped clanger
I went on line to purchase a copy of caspersky which i did but i made a mistake and the one i purchased was forGermany.no use for the UK which was my mistake then tried to contact them to cancel this but kept going round in circles unable to contact then wrote this off to my inexperience and purched the right one elsewhere my complaint is i never thought it would be so hard to try to rectify my mistake,i just hope they will not try to auto renew in 12 months when its obvious this product has not been used.

Website offerred office with no warning whatsoever about incompatibility with windows 11, which I use. Downloaded in good faith only to discover it was useless. Hid behind "no refund" clause. Despicable conduct, almost amounting to fraud

The downloading was instantly done after the payment was sent.
As to the instructions to re-direct to Malwares page, it will be really appreciated if you could add the following for someone like me, not so computer Wizz
1) "you will be re-direct to Malwares Page -
- it will said: Download Free - click Download etc
2) in my case I had an existing Malwares with an Icon on the way to expire.
likely I check this icon and realised that my old licence key was still there
and its expiry date was in 16 days,
- Please advice customer in case of having an existing Malware to:
1) click on the Malware Icon
2) Click on Setting
3) click on Account
4) click change (to replace the old licence key) and type the new Licence
Key - Than click Done
I believe it will make even more friendly user the new application
Or perhaps to advice to delete the previous Malware to reinstall the new licence? i do not know if that will work ? some other softwares when downloading the new licence, they advising you that they are automatically removing the previous one.

Worked perfectly - Taken me longer to write the report than set up my new subscription
I was coming to the end of a previous AVG Internet security and Tune up packages purchased separately (one day apart) so I did not need to download these packages.
This time I purchased AVG Ultimate.
All I had to do was to open ‘Subscriptions’ on the AVG account screen and entered the email supplied product activation code and this automatically created and displayed the durable activation code in my AVG account.
Old Tune up subscription had two days to run and so I had to click on a button to switch to the new subscription, though I suspect that this would have been automatic two days later.
Secure VPN and Anti Track appeared in the account screen and I simply clicked on buttons to download.
Not sure if I had to manually enter the activation code for VPN and Anti Track, but if I did, it certainly wasn’t a problem.
Later used the activation codes to put AVG Mobile Internet Security (which includes Secure VPN) on two iPads, by downloading App, clicking on ‘Already Purchased’ and entering the activation code.
SIMPLE
Taken me longer to write this than set up my new subscription.

Great customer service - refund process for incorrect purchase was hassle-free ....
I'd inadvertently ordered the wrong product and immediately ordered the correct product afterwards, so had paid for two products unnecessarily. I was in a panic about getting my money back for the wrong product, but needn't have worried so much - the cancellation process and refund was dealt with speedily, efficiently and hassle-free. The correct item - AVG Ultimate 2024 - is an excellent product and Blitzhandel's price the most competitive. Will definitely deal with them again.

Photoshop Elements 2024
I was a bit sceptical about buying Photoshop Elements 2024 for £20 cheaper than the UK competition, but after reading reviews decided to take the plunge.
After making the order, a few minutes later it was confirmed and a further email arrived with the Adobe authorisation code.
Shortly after I downloaded the software from Adobe and created an account with them. The authorisation code was accepted and I've been up and running ever since.

Trustworthy and good service
After changing our PC, we were left without our previous version of Serif Page Plus, which we had always valued for design purposes. Seeing that Blitzhandel were rated as a Trusted Shop gave us the confidence to order a new copy of Serif Page Plus 9 from them. The download went very smoothly, and we now have Page Plus again. They also quickly answered our question when asked. Very satisfied with their service.

Excellent support, good discount on software which works well.
Offered a product I wanted at a good discount, but then were there to help quickly with any technical question I had with the software. It's great to have support written by a person, not an automated robot, as the answers they provide are always very helpful. I really recomend them and will buy from them again. They offer discount on software, which is always works, so they are excellent.

Your website had not been updated to say, certain software was compatible with windows, 11. The download of the software was not straightforward, because it asked for the serial number, which I presumed was of my computer, instead it was the key number you provided. I couldn’t get a response from you because it was 5 o’clock on Saturday so I couldn’t get an answer till Monday.

Very helpful and polite - only aspect I would say could benefit from improvement is the speed of response to a clients request or clarification - if it was an hour or two same day then I don’t think anyone would have a problem but when downloading a product it’s helpful for ongoing advice or a courtesy call to ensure everything has been effected properly otherwise top marks!

These guys are always good.
If you have a problem it gets sorted quite quickly.
Ok so there is no phone support as such but emails tend to be answered quickly.
They will even send an email to let you know that they are dealing with problem.
I have used then now for a few years and always returned to check there prices for my requirements.
